Very informative and detailed explanations. I found my new glutes workout regime
great video, thanks for sharing
another option for hip abduction could be skating (roller or ice). Its not as high of hypertrophy stimulus but it helped me learn how to use my upper glutes better and that translates to resistance training
Es que si trabaja de manera estabilizadora todo el tiempo
@@axelperez484 Creo que sí, y usa los glúteos de una manera diferente a levantar pesos.
My friend skated a lot, and she had a great butt.
@@keithgriffiths9864 lol nice
I think if you skate for fun, hypertrophy would happen as a byproduct and not a focus.
Super detailed info! Thanks! I have been doing well in growing my gluteus max but have neglected medium and min. Recently I realised the weak hip abductors r affecting my deadlift. Gonna do more medium n min training.
Excellent video!

Great video. Are curtsy lunges safe for people with a history of knee pain? E.g. chondromalacia patella, previous MCL strain/tear, patello femoral knee pain or ITB pain. Could you please do a video detailing correct technique for this exercise including the position of the front knee.
Excellent video, you teaching how to work group muscles properly as a physiotherapist, allowing the body to gain stability, mobility, and growth muscle at the same time👌keep up the good work✌
Great video
Thank you!!
Best video about glutes!!! Thank you!!
Amazing video
Cool!!🔥🔥

Great content. What do you recommend if labrum is torn and squats are impossible?
Thank you very much for your generosity and a good tutorial. I suffered right ankle fracture treated with plaster cast in 2022 . Since then I developed weakness of my right lower limb. I am diabetic and hypertensive and have little cardiac ischemia. I find it difficult to walk more than 1km due pain in both calves and all of my left lower limb including hip. My right glutes atrophied than the left. Doing some exercises but not improving much. Can you please suggest something specific for me . I am 60 years old.
15:51 thank you, I'm doing this on saturday
Hi I enjoyed it video. I will try these guidelines. Do u have guidelines to get muscles in my upper n lower thighs?? Need to get rid of cellulite n tone my thighs. 😮😮
Please make a video about flat back and how to manage it.
Really helpful. Thank you. I still don't understand The deadlift I can't get the gluteS. I did in Split mini lunge position While keeping my back leg on the floor not lifting it In this way when I raise my torso up I get the nice squeeze in my back leg which is what I want to feel
Excellent

Hey E3 Rehab, great work as always.
What are the biggest muscles in the upper and lower body?
Lats vs. delts?
Quads vs. glutes?
I don't think there is a solid answer on the internet and I'm interested to know from you.
I can't imagine delts being bigger than the lats or pecs. Maybe in an overhead press specialist lol
@@Ray_Mac I thought that too. But it turns out all three delts could be bigger than the lats. The pics aren't even close to delts and lats.
The bigest muscle in the body is the glute maximus. The bigest muscle in the upper body are the lats.
I cannot see that hip thrust bench anywhere on the link provided can you please show a link or correct name of this piece of equipment. Thank you .
I was gifted with a bubble butt way before it was trendy. However bubbly, it is still not defying aging or sitting too much. My challenge is that my inferior glute max is difficult to engage or train. Every time I try isolated glute max exercises I still can see that the superior glute max is doing most of the work. My quads and hammies are also naturally developed enough for my preference. Any tips on isolating inferior glute max or is this just the way I was built?
