Is that climate control panel you mounted at the bottom the original one, or one from a model with factory navigation.
Hi friend. The climate control is original one. It was just moved from its original position to below.
Does it fit good and safe (clicked in) or has it a little bit space and "can move"?
@@valentinkloth3895 Hi friend. It depends on your car. Most customers have reported that their car fits good. There are also customers have reported that it is a bit loose and the installation using a kit is more stable.
It has some gaps round the climate control panel, but it does not move around at all.@@valentinkloth3895
My e46 has a 17 pin connector, will this work without issues or do i need a 40 pin connector?

Is the oem cd boot changer compatible?
Hi friend. After installing Eonon head unit for E46, it will not be compatible with cd boot changer. you can watch online or offline videos on the new head unit. I believe the new head unit can fulfill you more your needs. Hello, can I use the HDMI output for optical connection to amplifier?
Hi friend. It is not supported. HDMI output is video and audio signals, can not be directly connected to the amplifier, in addition, our head unit does not support optical fiber output.
We suggest you to connect the amplifier through the RCA audio output of the head unit.

Is there RCA connections on the radio? For a amplifier and subwoofer
Hi friend. Thanks for your message. Eonon E46A12S only support HDMI video output function, not support RCA video output function.
If you need to connect RCA interface for rear seat entertainment system:
1. Need to use the USB to RCA video output box (such as Eonon A0595).
2. Or use the HDMI to RCA box.

Had my unit for two weeks.. the steering controls worked for a week and have now stopped working… what next?? Can’t get hold of any customer support..
