Whenever I finish my XC flights and I have some extra height left I do some quick stalls, minimum speed, wingovers and spirals. For now I'm gonna keep backfly over water with a boat waiting for me :) Usually some collapses happen during the XC :D EDIT: 1 SIV per glider is the best advice. The stupid idea that you need to do multiple SIVs per year is simply not financially viable for most pilots.
