Chromium is an essential trace element, and it can be found in both organic and inorganic forms. In supplements, it's often in the form of chromium picolinate, which is an organic form that's easier for the body to absorb. Thanks for asking!
Thanx i think I'm fine without chromium as I'm on blockers and other stuff mostly this part of weight reduction bcoz I'm not obese otherwise I'll look like a ghost
This video is a waste of info. you will never get enough chromium through food. Until you try taking up to 1000 mcg a day of it then you haven't experience chromium affective results. 100 mcg will do nothing. if your not getting results from chromium supplement then you need to take more until your blood sugar levels come down to normal. your chromium is getting spent used up with every meal and is similar to putting gas in your car. the more you drive the more you need. the more you eat food the more chromium you need. there are better videos about this and describe this amount.
Thanks for sharing your perspective. Chromium supplementation can indeed vary in effectiveness, and it's essential to find what works best for your individual needs. Always consult with a healthcare provider to determine the right approach for managing blood sugar levels.
Chromium works synergistically with everything else. So you can’t just take chromium and it somehow fixes everything. You need to first fix your diabetes. For me, I went about 3 months without any type of sugar or carbs. Just meat. Something definitely changed. I don’t have ups and downs. I have sustained energy throughout the day. I don’t have to eat as much. Chromium is one of the supplements I take though, along with everything else. One day, I hope to be off of it.
