Do you have the macros for this specific recipe? I want to make these. they are my favorite breakfast when I am on a calorie deficit, but I want to make sure I’m counting my macros appropriately as well. (:
Chopping the fresh spinach finely will pay off in the end product, imo. Nobody wants a thick, stringy bulk of spinach in a single bite; yeah, no thanks! P.S. saving the egg yolks as a binder for your ricotta(lasagna recipe) or meat loaf is a win/win.

I recommend using an air fryer if you don’t want to use the oven, it’s quick and easy
