So I tried it... Aannnddd love it. I have made these a couple times this week for fish soft tacos, cheese wraps, and even a sweet creamcheese and cinnamon dessert. Food is EVERYTHING with PCOS. Hormonal imbalances mean that her body isn't doing what it's supposed to do. She has become insulin resistant which causes PCOS, diabetes etc. Going low carb (go all the way keto) will switch her source of fuel and allow her cells to become insulin sensitive again. Then her body will work the way it's supposed to. There's A LOT of valuable information on UA-cam so study up. All the best!

*** a great trip to keep an avocado fresh is remove the seed and place a cut onion face down against the top of the avocado inside of a plastic bag. It will keep it fresh.
Hey there. Just be careful with spinach as it is high in oxalates. High Oxalate foods cause kidney stones. This is a good wrap for something different occasionally. Just use cabbage leaves as a wrap. Easier. You could use cabbage instead of spinach in the recipe. In fact there are many veggies you could use like Broccoli tops, zucchini and pumpkin to name a few. I love making tuna wraps with these. My husband makes the tuna spicy with some mayo and siracha, we then add red pepper, homemade spicy pickles, spinach, jalapeños and banana peppers. Now that I see how easy it is to make the wraps too, we’ll have to try it instead of spending a fortune to buy a few.
I love the idea of having this recipe on hand in case you run out of wraps or you want to have an extraordinarily healthy eating day and have fun while doing it.
I really do appreciate your service. I’m 58, on keto I’ve lost a good amount of weight, and by using the store brand keto bread and tortillas by the established companies I’ve gained much of the weight back. Theirs still use wheat and claim because there is more fiber it’s good for keto. It most certainly is not. I’ve asked my wife who loves baking to help me with this. I’m borderline type 2, I don’t want to be type 2. diet has has a big portion of this. I don’t want to pass young. A good reasonable understanding of how to deal with this is in the cooking. You really have done some amazing things! Not to mention, you are so beautiful, you should have many children!! Lol!
most wheat is made from hybrid wheat with high glycemic index..use ancient grains to make your bread...that is if you eat bread. You can surely reverse diabetes type two

This is going to be perfect. I have been having a grilled chicken wrap in the evening using store bought flat bread(lots of additives), and now i can switch it up and make myself this healthy wrap to go with the meal 🫡
I’ve made these so many times. I haven’t frozen them, but I have put paper towels between them and refrigerated for up to 4 days. Change the towels after 2 days. They absorb the moisture so they don’t go soggy. Maybe I misread but they’re nowhere near 150cals. Maybe that’s the whole batch. SO good!

I just roasted a turkey and my favorite is a cold turkey sandwich but alas, no bread. Fortunately, I stumbled upon this video and made the wrap with some frozen spinach I had on hand and, omg, you have saved the day with this deliciousness. My husband (who is not keto) used the other wrap to make himself a burrito and he was delighted with the flavor , texture and happy about the better macros than a flour wrap. I just now made these and not sure if the blended mix was too watery or too thick. Realizing I probably should have turned the heat up as I had the burner on low. I also added too much mixture into the pan. The wraps turned out a bit moist and not as sturdy as I expected. I'm definitely going to make them again. I used salt, pepper & onion powder for the seasonings and it was good. Definitely no eggy taste! Pretty sure I need a larger pan. For a first try, my sandwich wrap turned out delicious. Can't wait to make more now!

I am in the middle of making the spinach-egg wraps, and they are incredibly easy to make and delicious. I added salt, black pepper, turmeric, onion powder and garlic powder, and they are very good. I can confirm that they do not taste eggy or earthy. They just taste GOOD!

I have been busy. Just made them tonight. OMG.. Those things are good! And for making a sandwich - they don't rip apart like an egg wrap. They are thick and springy. I overstuffed my test meal, and microwaved it to melt the habanero cheese and they did not rip. I made 5, 12-inch wraps for about $2.02!

It’s kind of an omelette used as a wrap. Good idea. I think I’d make a stack and freeze. My fave fillings- turkey, swiss, mayo-pesto, jarred red pepper, shredded lettuce. Avocado.

I love this idea! So simple to prepare and healthy. Loaded with healthy fats and protein! This may become one of my go to meal items. I will try using my Arugula, Kale, Lettuce, and Spinach mix, along with pasture raised eggs. Turkey, and Avocado sound great as a filling, and I may experiment with adding some artichokes, and perhaps sauerkraut, and maybe even some walnuts. Different cheeses and even bacon probably have a place in these wraps too! I think that Tuna, with Avocado and Walnuts and Pecans, would also be a great combination. Adding avocado oil, ir olive oil to the egg mix, or just drizzling on the finished product also sounds good. You are very artistic, and full of good ideas! Thanks!

What about blanching the spinach to reduce the oxalates?

Use them as layers for lasagna. I'm a private chef and I do that for my low carb clients. I use arugula instead of spinach sometimes too.

I watched this video yesterday.....told my husband about these wraps this afternoon and we just got done eating them 10 minutes ago. We both enjoyed them a lot. How simple and quick....and like you said....they taste like whatever you season and fill them with.

My son suffered with anxiety he's an honor student a nutrition friend suggested gluten intolerant BINGO so any new gluten free recipe i jump for joy!!!Sooo thankful!!! Amazing our kids eat over 90%gluten we have found many having issues from gluten.
I just now made these and not sure if the blended mix was too watery or too thick. Realizing I probably should have turned the heat up as I had the burner on low. I also added too much mixture into the pan. The wraps turned out a bit moist and not as sturdy as I expected. I'm definitely going to make them again. I used salt, pepper & onion powder for the seasonings and it was good. Definitely no eggy taste! Pretty sure I need a larger pan. For a first try, my sandwich wrap turned out delicious. Can't wait to make more now!
My tortillas tore when I tried to flip it. I used fridge stored spinach leaves. Where did I mess up?

I am so thankful for this recipe! I needed a wrap that has no grain and isn’t as hard to work with or as expensive as an almond wrap. This will be my new addiction! 😂. As soon as my refrigerator is repaired. Yep! 5.5 year-old LG French Door with a burned out compressor. Boo!

I am in the middle of making the spinach-egg wraps, and they are incredibly easy to make and delicious. I added salt, black pepper, turmeric, onion powder and garlic powder, and they are very good. I can confirm that they do not taste eggy or earthy. They just taste GOOD!

I have been busy. Just made them tonight. OMG.. Those things are good! And for making a sandwich - they don't rip apart like an egg wrap. They are thick and springy. I overstuffed my test meal, and microwaved it to melt the habanero cheese and they did not rip. I made 5, 12-inch wraps for about $2.02!

It’s kind of an omelette used as a wrap. Good idea. I think I’d make a stack and freeze.
My fave fillings- turkey, swiss, mayo-pesto, jarred red pepper, shredded lettuce. Avocado.

Great idea for sandwhiches, tocos or thin crust pizza (can layer and bake it for a short time to melt cheese) . i definitely will make this wrap on the weekend. Loaded with healthy fats and protein!
This may become one of my go to meal items.
I will try using my Arugula, Kale, Lettuce, and Spinach mix, along with pasture raised eggs.
Turkey, and Avocado sound great as a filling, and I may experiment with adding some artichokes, and perhaps sauerkraut, and maybe even some walnuts.
Different cheeses and even bacon probably have a place in these wraps too!
I think that Tuna, with Avocado and Walnuts and Pecans, would also be a great combination.
Adding avocado oil, ir olive oil to the egg mix, or just drizzling on the finished product also sounds good.

Spinach does freeze well. Spinach is also high in oxalates. Vita mix blender, works great.
