When you said to shake out any worries of the day and any anxiety, this was just the right thing to hear. Today is a really important day and I was quite stressed out before, but when I heard this I remembered that there's no need to worry, it will all be fine❤

I’ve had crippling anxiety for the past 48 hours. My period for 72 hours 🥲. Full moon. Entering a new epoch… lots of changes.. things coming up to the surface.. dealing with loss/grief. I haven’t felt this kind of anxiety since I was a teenager. Halfway through this I thought wooooow this anxiety is willlllld, I’m still in the thick of it. But sure enough, by the end of the video, I feel closer to myself and grounded. Going to find another quick sesh to add 🫶🏼 *takes a deep breath*
