- Welcome to your Yoga inspired 5 Minute Morning Stretch for Beginner. This is a great way to start your day and create a mindful, but active morning routine.Get your daily dose of flexibility & mobility and have an amazing start into the day!
In addition to my German voice-over-videos, I will be producing more music-only stretching and fitness content in the future, so everybody can join! If you have any video requests, please let me know in the comments.

Today was day 1 of me doing this routine. Some of the stretches were a tough pull, mainly because my body is not very flexible, yet. I enjoy your routines and the music choice(s). They seem simple and engaging enough to make me want to keep at it. Thank you for sharing your stretches!!
Same here, I am noooot flexible but I think doing this daily I will slowly stretch out my muscles and not be so stiff in this routine

I’ve been doing this for only 3 days now and I’m shocked at what a big effect it’s already having on my body and mind. It feels so good to do, and throughout the day I can feel my mood being lighter. Wakes me up in the morning! And I’m no longer experiencing the same chronic back pains as I was used to. I even had fun doing it with my 3 year old one day! Thank you!!!!!
I think to do these exercises one must already have a good level of yoga. Without some instruction on how to do these movements safely, it's not something I'm willing to go in to blindly, do something wrong and risk damaging something.

Finde mittlerweile auch Videos mit "ohne Stimme" sehr schön, da ich in die Musik eintauchen kann und dadurch noch mehr auf mich selbst konzentriert bin. Geht natürlich nur, wenn die Bewegungsabläufe vertraut sind. Danke dir Mady.

Love your energy and style but you are still too advanced for me. Is there any chance you could do a static version so we can build towards being able to turn the movements dynamic?

This is by far my favorite stretching video, ever! I feel like the movements are more fluid than most and my body doesn’t feel restricted. And the timing of each move is perfectly calculated, it encourages me to push through when I’m not feeling as flexible. The 30 minute one is amazing too, but I find myself coming to this one more often. Thank you!

Ja, ich finde das Video auch sehr gut, meinetwegen könnte es gerne etwas länger sein und mit deiner Stimme, die einen leitet, dann muss man nicht so oft nachschauen, was kommt.

I love the Options you provide. Sometimes a 15 min stretch can feel overwhelming. Being able to go down to 10 or even 5 is so nice. So I don’t feel like I didn’t do anything, just a bit less.

Reminder an alle: Es geht nicht darum, wie weit ihr beim one legged forward bend kommt und wie gelenkig ihr direkt nach der Schlummerstunde seid. Es geht darum, sich gut zu fühlen und positiv wie auch gelassen durch den Tag zu gehen❤
Messt euch nicht daran, was Mady kann. Sie macht das schon etwas länger, als die meisten von uns♥️

I decided to start improving my way of living and did this stretch it’s so good even after 2 years it’s still the best !

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

This is my first time doing this and i legit got leg cramp from doing twisted lunge. I felt better afterwards though

I love this, it makes me feel more awake and relaxed. I have been studying a lot so I do this 2 times a day, in the morning and the afternoon and it really does make me feel relaxed. Personally I love the music played makes me even more relaxed. I recommend just for anyone it’s really worth doing and it’s a short workout that I’m able to do wherever and whenever 10/10 love this!!

Warning: if you’re a true beginner in a larger body? This ain’t for you. I’ve been doing yoga on and off for years so I’m not a true beginner, but it I was and in my larger body? This would be a NO.
Well, i have no problems doing it and i'm a size XXL (in the US it'd be an L-XL though). And i started about a year ago, due to back problems. But i admit, i study every pose and every flow before trying it, cause i managed to hurt myself for not doing it properly. So i know exactly, how to breath, where and when to tense up or relax in every pose in this video. Makes it a lot easier AND gives the result it's supposed to (relaxation, pain relieve, activation, etc).
This is so helpful! Just five minutes, so it is very easy to squeeze into my life as a student!
