Thanks for the video. It will be really helpful when I start the project. Question though, if the tabs that hold the cap down on the reservoir are broken off, can I assume that the system will not pressurize correctly and that is part of the reason that I am getting jerkiness when I turn the wheel? Thanks

Nice video but how the heck do you get that lock ring out? My pliers fit but it doesn't want to go.
Did this a few years ago. It took two of us. Don't remember exactly what we did but remember what ever it was it was a royal PITA!
I used a small pair of needle nose pliers to separate it. Took a lot of time and irritation
That music was most annoying
