@Jordan Edouard it’s when your in tabletop position (like a plank but on your hands instead of elbows) then you touch one hand to your opposite shoulder (left hand to right shoulder, vice versa) and return to table top position. Then do it with your other hand and repeat. I hope I explained it clearly 😊
Today is my first day doing this workout and I feel amazing. I'm so proud of myself for doing the complete thing. I'm also happy that the moves were easy to do and I felt I could finish easily because they looked doable.
This is such a killer workout! There’s severe wildfire smoke in the PNW right now so I can’t get out for my regular runs and this is absolutely a life saver. I am dripping sweat. Thanks for an amazing resource-this is what UA-cam is all about!
This was a fun workout! The only thing I would suggest is to add a three- to five-minute warmup at the beginning or at least mention that a warmup should be done before doing this workout. My worry is that people, especially beginners, will jump into this workout cold and get injured. Warming up should be a non-negotiable, even if it takes a few extra minutes.
I would love more workouts like this, beginner friendly with some weights 😍 from an overweight potato couch to an everyday Madfit workout session that I not only enjoy but I am completely loving it. Your workouts are well structured not that I know stuff about workouts but simply your workouts work for me they are not boring and I just trust your knowledge and expertise so I know that what I am doing is totally benefting me. The best thing about this workout is how easily customizable it is. I used 1 and 3 pound weights because of my abysmal arm strength. I was sweating, but unlike many other workouts I’ve done, I can do all of these activities and I don’t have to stop halfway through them for another break.
It's my first time doing any form of routine at home and I'm not the fittest, will be sticking with this for a while until I manage the reverse lunge properly. Great free work out!! Thank you
This was such a great workout! I loved how each move had a lot of steps so I didn’t get bored of doing the same movement. It also allowed me to use more muscle groups than if it was something simple like 45 seconds of plank, 45 seconds of squats, etc. I really love the vibe of this channel too. Me and mom just completed this workout and I'm not a beginner...and it was still a little challenging. I love the 2 in one part about it u are working legs and arms in one move. Great workout girl keep the 15 min 2 n 1 workouts commin I feel like I get 30 min in just 15

I did it! My asthma has been bothering me but I made sure to breathe and I pulled through. Alhamduillah. Sweating a lot but I added to my workout playlist. Definitely going to do this one again. 👍

I am only 11 and a beginner. It was really hard tbh but I love how I was pushed. But after the first round I had to go back to the lighter weights. You can't blame me. Afterwards my legs were shaking. You are amazing! Thx so much for pushing me to my full potential! Your AMAZING! Keep It up 💗💗💗
only 11 and doing all this?? wow that's amazing!!! if this is your first time working with weights, i have one piece of advice for you: don't use weights at first if you're learning the different types of forms and movements, it's very important to have correct form when using weights! once you have them confidently down then you can add weights :) good job!

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
Love the variety of your workouts, I like to mix it up. This is such a good express full body heavy weights workout. I've done this one a few times. Would love more like this one. Thanks for your content!

WOW! This was great, I worked up a sweat and felt the burn. This was very easy to follow and slow paced enough where I wasn't falling behind. Towards the end it became easier, which each set my confidence went up. I can see myself doing this each morning and night.

I have been struggling to find the motivation to work out lately. I used to work out 5-6 times a week, but I lost it for a while. This video really helped me feel good about working out again!
Oef, that was killer. I had to modify the last two exercises, did the sit-up and twist without weights and instead of the back row push-ups i just held a plank. Still killed me though. Looking forward to improving!

Thank you for the video. I like the focus on form. I had a rough year, health wise and have packed on a lot of weight. I’ve also never been strong. I’ve been skinny but never strong. I’m trying a new approach for getting in shape and healthy this time. I was able to do most of the moves but I had to take lots of breaks-with the exception of the plank. It was too much for me, so I did the shoulder taps, as suggested by someone. Day one for me-done!
Yes it’s is true this is not beginner workout. I’ve only been doing beginner strength training a couple times a week, and I could only make it through the first round and wasn’t able to do all the push-ups. I will keep doing this and like all workouts I will continue getting stronger and be able to make it through. If you are only able to do 1 round like me or even lower weights good for you, that’s all that matters coming back and doing a little more. If you are a true beginner go to HASFIT and do the 20 or 30 minute video for beginner strength. It’s a lot more beginner friendly. I do that and will be doing this along with bench training.

Great no fuss workout, using weights improves bone density. I had a bit of trouble with the pushups in the last set so had to elevate my top of body using the sofa!

Hiii no shade, but immediate soreness can also be due to wrong posture! always ensure you're going slow while constantly checking your posture :D

A lot of the fitness workouts for women on UA-cam are too easy, this is a real workout, good job.
