It’s crazy how effective all these home workouts are with only body weight. I see a difference so fast and can tell I’m gaining muscle. I still go to the gym but honestly it can’t compete

I love how flexible she makes her workouts... There's no pressure and she always gives easier options to make your exercise more enjoyable for you. She let's you know it's ok to be slow, new and inexperienced. For Maddie, it's not just about showing you the workouts, it's about encouraging and motivating you all the way... I'm grateful to have stumbled upon your videos ❣️❣️❣️... Such a lovely coach... Much love from 🇳🇬

I'm not intermediate or pro in athleticism, but I'm not a beginner either- these beginner workouts are my "get back into it" after a sick leave or skipped week from life funk.
Gets my heart rate up! Gets a sweat! And keeps me motivated by reminding me I CAN do this! I've been consistent for 1.5 years and still love exercising!

I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

Finally a beginner workout that really is for beginners... On some other channels you find so-called "beginner" workouts that are already pretty intense. I'm not a complete beginner so that actually felt pretty easy, which was just what I needed today!

Hey I felt the exact same way when I started! I just did my best to mimic her movements and I’ve been doing this same workout for abt 3 months total and I will say it definitely gets easier! I do it 5 times a week with two rest days but that may not work for everyone. However like you said you gotta start somewhere and I’d rather do 15 minutes a day than zero minutes and it just makes me feel good!!

I've done a lot of your workouts, but never a full body, so I wanted to try it. I think it might’ve been a little to "beginner" (beginner + would've been perfect). At first I missed the dumbells and really pouring everything out, but as it went on, I realised how nice it felt in the body to just MOVE.
I've been skipping out on exercise during my work week, feeling like my energy and time wasn't there (I work nights, so weird sleeping schedule), but I'm realising movement, engagement, is relaxing and vitalising, especially since I sit a lot during work.
I saw that you have quite a few 15 min full body, so I'll try another one on Saturday.
Thank you, Maddie, for working hard for us to work comfortably 💐.
Now, I'll try a 5 min cool down!

This is my second time following your workout videos and I'm so impressed on so many levels due to the fact that I've always felt working out is out of my league. The coaches or other gurus are great but they were kinda pushed ppl off their limit a bit and my limit as well as tolerance are kinda low. These, without talking about efficiency because efficiency is determined by consistency, these workouts actually make working out so fun. And the doers got to feel a sense of achievement and we can actually move our body bit by bit to make ourself more active! Big big big thank to you!!!

Have had a really rough 2 years where I had gone from working out just about every day and feeling great about myself to suddenly feeling like working out is the hardest thing ever. I've tried jumping into workouts that would've been very easy for me previously and have found myself so winded and discouraged. This was a really nice step back into working out. It was possible to keep up, break a little sweat, and feel like I've finally accomplished something that won't leave me super stiff tomorrow. Baby steps to get back into it... Thank you for this Mad, I really needed it

So grateful you offer something for everyone.

Going in to my second week with this workout. I think I'm improving on the movements and keeping square. I might need to go slower and make sure my form is in order!

Getting back into working out after not doing much for a few years. Felt so good to do a quick, no repeat workout! boosted my confidence in my ability to get back in the swing of things

Thank you sooo much, every channel I've tried were for people far more used to exercise than myself, but yours are so easy to get into. And I feel great (my legs are trembling! lol) after, instead of just exhausted and ready to give up haha Thank you again ♥

Wow, this is exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!! I'm trying to get back into strength training and I wasn't feeling that motivated today. I so greatly appreciate all you do and all you share with us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I love how you explain the moves and what musles to engage! As a beginner, i find figuring out the form very confusing and end up causing myself pain

Thank you so much for these workouts. I have been putting off starting something and need a kick. For my out of shape body this had just enough cardio and I will probably be feeling it. Used to workout like a maniac but after years away from it I am at ground zero, and 52. Fitness is so important as we age and I do not want to gradually get stiffer and weaker. Thank you!

I super appreciate how you "give us freedom" to do whatever we need to with our hands during the crunches. i feel like i always get a MUCH more effective crunch bc of that!

Because of a fractured tailbone and tears in my rotator cuffs I haven’t worked out in months. And at first I thought it would be easy doing your workouts, but boy was wrong.😝They’re perfect for me! Thank you so much!🤗
