    I love these workouts. They’re short enough that I’m not bored or struggling too much yet long enough to feel that something is happening, if that makes sense. I also live for the “no jumping”. Please keep these up!

      @@fitbosssomi6102 Because my ugly underwear is extremely comfortable and breathable and suitable for exercise! Also, I don’t like throwing things out when they still have a purpose/function, and lastly, I don’t want to ruin my nice, fancy underwear with sweat.

    I hope you make more no jumping with weights videos. Not only is it neighbor friendly but I find that not jumping and slower pace let’s me focus on the movement itself.

    This was awesome and really targeted everything ... I love how the exercises were paired to make them work more than one muscle at a time ! Please do more of these low impact dumbell workouts 🏋️‍♀️❤️

    Love these quick weight workouts. Makes for a great start to my Monday! I love the no jumping, weights and whole body in a 15 minute workout. All easy to do at home or on the go. I also appreciate that you don't speak through the entire 45 seconds, but instead I can focus on my form and the activity. After a few weeks, I know I'm doing more reps. Thank you!

    Like: great dumbbell . I’ve had them before but sold when I moved. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL Replacing now.Dislike: the packaging is awful now. Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

    Thank you. I haven't exercised in a year. I usually don't like videos with talking, but you only talked to tell us about form and where we should feel the squeeze. It was perfect. Knowledgeable, but not over the top. I will be checking out more of your videos. It was a good first day back. I used 4 lbs weight today.

    I love your workouts as always, I train to them every day. These no jumping workouts really works for me. When there's jumping involve i usually get dizzy while doing them so this is really good, keep it up xoxo

    It's not just apartment dwellers who need no jumping exercises. Jumping is hard on my knees, even though I am otherwise very fit. Help your "mature" audience out

    Awesome workout! I also loved the direction you have on form for the deadlift/row (hands like a hook) and curtesy lunges (bend slightly forward); I could really feel the difference in my form! I also loved this style of workout because I have had many ankle injuries, so I’m nervous of jumping workouts. Thank you so much! 😊

    love this one! such a doable workout that makes me feel so strong and capable. those curtsy lunges really challenge the muscles in my lower back. I'll be keeping my eye out for ways to strengthen that area, thanks Madi!

    Thank you for the no jumping workouts! Any workouts you recommend for a knee injury (runner's knee!)?? I sometimes can't do the squats or curtsy lunges, but I'm trying to still strengthen my quads, hamstrings and glutes to prevent future injuries and get back to running! I read that cross training is important, but I sometimes struggle to find safe but still challenging workouts that can target these muscles. I'm a longtime fan of yours and am wondering if you could recommend a selection of your videos that could be good for anybody recovering from/ looking to prevent knee injuries? 🙏💪😬 Thank you again for sharing these amazing workouts!!

    Love the two rounds and no jumping! Wish there had been a little more description of form, especially for curtsy lunges, I have never heard of those before and I wasn’t sure how much twist vs lined up my legs/ toes should be be with which hips etc. but I def felt the burn! just don’t want to tweak anything. Thanks for a sweaty workout Maddie!

    Thank you for this! So many of the shorter workouts have a lot of jumping as a way to accelerate calorie burn and much of it I can't do. I hope you release more of these quick strength training workouts!

    LOVE! More like this please :) short burst ones and longer sesh too (with warm up and cool down).
    I've hurt the ball of my foot a few weeks ago going crazy on the jumping hit ones 🙈 So defo low impact and weights i'll have to do more of now, plus im 40 so my joints aren't thanking me for all the high impact hehe x

    👍🏽👍🏽 loved the variety of moves and compound moves that simultaneously work multiple body parts. Thanks for the low impact workout too! Only feedback I have is the audio could be better.. I had my ipad on max volume and still had trouble hearing you- but still could follow moves easily watching you. If you have the option of adding a mike, I would love it! Thank you! Please keep them coming- really enjoy working out with you!

    20/Nov/21 Thank you so much! Been trying to get stronger after taking a months break from w/o. So glad I ran into your channel. I so love that you are not into chatting too much. Just straight to the good stuff. Short and sweet. I workout from home and need to do low impact stuff. Your cues are great. Your form too. This is perfect. Used for 4kg pair for the heavy and 3kg for the light one.

    Just discovered you and I LOVE that you have the no jumping hiit workouts for us in apartments. I like to do a little 10-15 min hiit after my weight training early in the morning and I can say my neighbors are thanking you. LOL.

    Hi Maddie, I don't have any dumbbells at home so I did this with an 8 lb medicine ball. It seemed to work out just fine. I had to modify a little but I'm still sweating lol. I do miss your what I eat in a day videos I hope you'll do one soon.

    Hi Maddie, thanks so much for creating this content! I can workout even when I am visiting my family in Tanzania and with just a good WiFi connection and my brother's dumbells I am able to burn calories and sweat it out.
