@@yochi7751 Yes its strength training. Cardio is when you break a sweat and are out of breathe from moving a lot whereas strength training is movements that help tone and build muscle. You still sweat of course but the movements aren't fast and intense like cardio.
I've literally exclusively done your workouts almost everyday for 2 months now - obviously I LOVE your videos! But I wish you could remind and describe more about what you're supposed to feel and where in ur body when doing certain moves. I hope that makes sense. It would really help us beginners! Xx

I usually struggle to follow a workout from the beginning to the end because I get bored or demotivated, but lemme tell y'all...THIS ONE is really amazing. 20 minutes passed by very quickly, I was sweating a lot but I also had fun doing it
@madfit As a former collegiate athlete who struggled with the idea of “solo” workouts but knew exercise was an essential habit, I made a commitment this spring to move a minimum of 15 mins a day 6 days a week. I do one or two of your videos every time, and just wanted to thank you for how KIND and encouraging you are throughout your workouts. Instructors who use negative motivation or “yell” at you make me want to give up almost immediately; the WAY you communicate helps to motivate me and keep me going even when I’m tired and everything burns. Thanks for being you, and for all the care you put into your work.
I'm 57 years of age, my 23 year old daughter introduced me to MadFit right after the pandemic hit the planet....it's so true you have to be super diligent with your physical activity & food choices in keeping healthy post 50 or any age for that matter...and of course managing your mind/emotions with compassion and self nurturing love infused beliefs. Being gym-less, rec hockey/beach volleyball-less/cycle to work-less...I really enjoy your assorted workouts with or without weights. Natural movement is key to preserve mobility & your strength...it helps stave off the aging...thank you MadFit Maddie...keep doing the positive inspiring good things...keep following your heart and listen to your instinct. I loved the mix of the quiet music in the background but also getting to hear you breathing and working with us - actually made a huge difference in my motivation. Awesome compound exercises, I was sweating like crazy by the end. It has been almost 4 months that I do Madfit workouts at least 4 days every single week... you have no idea how influencial u were in my way to build both mental and physical health... I truelly believe that u are one of the most real people in bw thousands of fake ones... love u❤️
I started doing your workouts during quarantine after the gyms closed and now that they have reopened , I am not sure I will return as your workouts have got me stronger and leaner in a shorter period of time ( working from home means that I can actually work out more often 5 times a week than 3 sessions fitted around my pre covid work schedule . I love that you have such great form💃🏼 and the focus on strength building / HIIT( Low impact in my case due to torn ACL) and the ballet / dance sculpt have really helped with my recovery. You and Yoga with Adrienne are wellbeing goddesses. Thank You 🙏🏾☀️🌈💪🏽

Never been in to fitness and always hated working out. It was never a problem before because I was “naturally” pretty thin. Until last year after getting a new sedentary job and a new relationship i gained about 30 pounds. I knew I couldn’t rely on my metabolism and active work life anymore like when i was a server. I started watching work out videos at home but nothing clicked until I found Maddie! Her work outs are effective and not over complicated and she explains everything SO WELL. I’ve been working out every morning and looking forward to finding a new video of hers, which I never even imagined was possible. Like I said I HATE working out. But I’ve already seen a dramatic difference in just two weeks. Not just in my appearance but how I have much more energy and focus throughout the day and sleep so much better at night. I can even tell when I’m bringing groceries in how much stronger I am! To Maddie from Madison, thank you!!! You deserve all your success.

Keep in mind that Maddie has been doing this for years, she's hella fit and used to the intensity. But she's worked hard to be at the level she's at now and remember that we all start somewhere and we're all gonna struggle in the beginning. But keep at it and you will improve and it will get easier. You got this babes

Maddie, I love your videos for two reasons: (1) you take advantage of compound exercises, which are so much more efficient for strength building and calorie burning, and (2) you actually do the full, real workout with us! It makes a huge difference to see you working hard and struggling by that last set like I am (though I'm usually struggling much earlier...). Thanks!!

Loved this one, heart was definitely pumping by the end. I usually stick to no repeat workouts as sets make me know the pain that's coming next, but in a 20 minute format it wasnt too daunting. I absolutely love your videos, I follow them every single day. You feel very real, not too edited, you sweat with us and I love that you keep the noise your mat makes in. So relatable! 🔥🔥💪
1 year after following MadFit fitness and watching what I eat I’ve lost over 80 pounds. 🥰 I’m 115 pounds now and literally have my dream body! A body I feel strong and comfortable in! Kristen Savage I usually do one but if I’m having a really good day and or I ate something that wasn’t the best I’ll do two. It’s all about finding a balance and listening to your body. Running also helped me a lot. Starting off small and building your way up so you don’t get winded or shin splints.
Great workout I have lost over 35 pounds which puts me at my BMI goal weight and this workout is idea for me to build muscle thank you so much for sharing it

I did this workout for almost 2 months. I feel great because I really don’t last long doing workouts at home and this is the only one that has workout for me. A lot of people may be curious is if work for me and If I lose weight. And the answer is yes it work I had notice how my body started to be more sculpt and tonified. I don’t know if I lose weight because I did not check the weight before, but I’m hoping I did. This workout could have been more effective to me if I would had walk a little bit outside home, because I’m a student and I’m currently in my vacations and I haven’t go outside for days sou yeah this is the proof that it works even though I haven’t really walk. I hope to be helpful. Btw, my English pronunciation might sound a little weird, but is because is not my first language.

Hi, I'm from China, doing workouts at home during the quarantine really helped me boost my mood and energy, and now, everything is OK. Additionally, raising a plant(such as an aloe) also works.

This was soooo good! 6 months pregnant and the only thing I had to modify were planks. Thank you for the no jumping! I am still dripping sweat!

I really like how calm you are when you do these videos! I would wonder why I had a hard time committing to other workout videos and I think it's bc they're way too energized lol, but I follow these along easily.

I did this workout for almost 2 months. I feel great because I really don’t last long doing workouts at home and this is the only one that has workout for me. A lot of people may be curious is if work for me and If I lose weight. And the answer is yes it work I had notice how my body started to be more sculpt and tonified. I don’t know if I lose weight because I did not check the weight before, but I’m hoping I did. This workout could have been more effective to me if I would had walk a little bit outside home, because I’m a student and I’m currently in my vacations and I haven’t go outside for days sou yeah this is the proof that it works even though I haven’t really walk. I hope to be helpful.
Btw, my English pronunciation might sound a little weird, but is because is not my first language.

Hi, I'm from China, doing workouts at home during the quarantine really helped me boost my mood and energy, and now, everything is OK. Additionally, raising a plant(such as an aloe) also works.
Thankyou for making all these awesome workouts, I do them every day ! Please could you make a figure skater workout, so focus on glutes, legs, arms, balance etc. I’d love it and appreciate it so much as I do figure skating! Hope you see this love you Maddie!

Intensive and works many maculé groups. NOT for people with balance problems. The transitions are too fast if you struggle with form or balance. 6/10
