@@GarageStrength thanks for information I also think climbing rope can also improve grip. Most important it is grandfather of all exercises. If dead lift and squats are father of exercises
Garage Strength Oh don’t you worry ive been subscribed to both channels since day 1, been following you guys on Instagram for a while! But nice one Dane looking forward to watching that video when it comes out! Keep up the solid work

Hi Dane, I want to ask if you think doing an Upper Body workout when it comes to working wrestling-specific (grip) strength is enough or having separate Pull & Push days to strengthen specific components? Thank you
I love the plate flipping, but dont you think you should have the guys raise them up high and catch high for flip and slowly lower to train blood volume in their arms? If you want their grip to be strong they need high blood volume and neural density in their arms so they explode with power even on the floor
@@GarageStrength Yeah but towels work only if you have access to pull-up equipment or a place for that. Here we have nothing of the sort. But I never thought of crumbling newspapers...
@@메리싸 You can also grip towels similar to newspaper. Or find heavy rocks wrap them in towel and do raises and farmer's walks with them. Hope this helps 👍

Great suggestion!
Good stuff. Surprised you didn’t mention the COC (captain of crush) grippers from Ironmind.

Any tips on where you got your axle bar for benching so i can buy one ? or would it be cheaper to make one out of 2.5in gas pipe ?
Can hand grippers help in increasing grip strength??If Yes then should we go heavy on them or for higher Reps? Thanks for the video
Yes they are good. You can go heavy for a fun test, but they would be more effective in a program at higher reps
Thanks!!
Right on time.
Good to see you back 💪

What website can I get that axel bar from?

Is a 1.9inch axle bar good?

Whatever works for you
Awesome
would using fat gripz on normal bench press have the same effect as axel bar?
Bench uses little to no grip
I like to carry two cynderblocks with my finger tips, to improve my finger grip power

I have an elite fts el gordo fat bar. It's 2/38 and weighs 75 pounds. It's very difficult to bench with. Everything said is true.
You should start selling some of your weight equipment I would buy
Maybe eventually 😂😂
@@GarageStrength yea please seriously😂
...and what about people without access to those equipments(which are not few)?
We use those stress balls? xD
Towels are very good. Crumble up thick newspaper. There are ways 💪

My sons to hanging leg raises with cannon balls instead of towels.
Grip training is important so you can grab so Jack head and squeeze the snot out of him.
Mainly jujitsu and judo more users of these techniques
these are not as effective as carries n hangs
