    I've been trying different videos of Pilates and this is my 4th attempt at trying. Some videos are pure talking and no timer. I can't follow through those. This one have a preview of what to do next and have timer. Plus not requiring space more than the mat. ❤ My apartment is so skimp only yoga mat fits. So, if the pilates move require much space, I can't do it.
