I'm trying to recover from depression, that has torn me out of all my lovely daily rituals, including doing bedtime yoga. And this was my first yoga session after half a year. Thank you 💕 This video is just 5 minutes, but my body feels incredible indeed

Same. I’m in the same boat. Half way through this I was in my favorite pose (child’s pose) and I just started sobbing. Cuz I’ve been neglecting my body for so long now. I’m stiff and everything hurts. And my mind is suffering as well. It was so nice to just get back into my body for a minute and to feel like me for a second.

I am a student. I am diagnosed with serious depression. I am overweight and dealing with lots of problems right now. I want to change my life and improve it. This is the first step I take to overcome the horrible mess of my life. I wake up every morning at 5 am and do this Yoga with meditation + workout. This is now my daily morning ritual. I successfully lost some weight + my mental health improved. This really works. I don't know who needs to hear this but we go through it. Love. :)
Can you recommend the meditation and the workout?

@@Zi.gr4yson Sure. I mostly follow these channels and 5 min morning meditation. I am a student, I have to manage my time. I do early workout for 1 hr daily. No gym. Jumps + Jogging + Squats + Planks + Some light exercise + stretchings. Yoga postures also help for weight loss. But, I would tell you to first change mindset and perspective. Get a good relationship with your food. AVOID JUNK FAKE FOOD AT ALL COST. Drink 8 glasses of water. I drank 1 green tea everyday with lemon detox. + I followed a strict routine. Still, working hard. Reach for help.
I just love these 5 minute sequence, when I feel in a slump these sequences help me a lot. Thank you Bird for all you do 💕
My body feels so stiff after studying for long hours. So i am doing these 5 min stretches during my small breaks. And i indeed feel incredible and relaxed after doing this. Thank you so much for sharing ❤

I just wanted to thank you for doing these short 5 minute yoga stretches. I've tried to start doing yoga several times, but I feel so intimidated by long sessions. However with these kind of videos it's so easy and feel so good that I want to do it even through the day, not only in the morning.

Did you know that clicking your wrists is actually really bad and most people get arthritis from it
Hey! Actually bringing movement into the wrists is what i stand by to maintain healthy happy joints. My clicks and ticks” comment is about feeling out the stiffness not encouraging unnatural sensations within the wrists. Without movement you cause many issues. Circling healthy wrists is a great way to do so ❤️ hope this clarifies ❤️

I’m a nurse working 12 hours shifts and decided to start doing this before work at 5am. It’s really helped me get out of bed and physically/mentally prepare myself for the day!

I’m trying to fix my life over summer for my new school I’m going to when school starts and I already messed up my sleep schedule because of my screen time and my mental health problems and almost every night i cried before I went to bed. I went to bed a little late last night, (because I had a mental breakdown) but I woke up at 5:40 AM this morning and after eating breakfast I decided to do yoga and it’s now going to be this video i use every morning now. I feel so productive and calm this morning. Thank you! 💗💕

I just started doing yoga, and I specifically chose a 5 minute video because I was afraid I would get bored and stop during a 15 minute video. But this video ended and I was like 'wait that was 5 minutes? felt like 2'. So I'll definitally use this video and other videos of yours more often! :)

For flow style classes I like the inhale to be in through the nose out through the nose. However in resting poses you can breathe anyway you feel comfortable

I work in retail 6 hours 6 days a week and sometimes 8 hours and my body and muscles feel so tired. I have decided to move my body some way everyday, so I chose yoga. Doing this helped a lot! 🤍

Hey Bird. I love your 5 minute videos, but can you add leg stretches to your 5 minute videos, so it feels like a full body stretch.
I have many 5 minutes that offer leg stretches, you can have a look at my 5 Min playlist. This particular one isn’t targeted as a full body stretch. I can definitely make more 5 Min full body yoga stretches for future though. Great idea as I think it is very desired ❤️
