Same. I’m in the same boat. Half way through this I was in my favorite pose (child’s pose) and I just started sobbing. Cuz I’ve been neglecting my body for so long now. I’m stiff and everything hurts. And my mind is suffering as well. It was so nice to just get back into my body for a minute and to feel like me for a second.

I am a student. I am diagnosed with serious depression. I am overweight and dealing with lots of problems right now. I want to change my life and improve it. This is the first step I take to overcome the horrible mess of my life. I wake up every morning at 5 am and do this Yoga with meditation + workout. This is now my daily morning ritual. I successfully lost some weight + my mental health improved. This really works. I don't know who needs to hear this but we go through it. Love. :)

@@Zi.gr4yson Sure. I mostly follow these channels and 5 min morning meditation. I am a student, I have to manage my time. I do early workout for 1 hr daily. No gym. Jumps + Jogging + Squats + Planks + Some light exercise + stretchings. Yoga postures also help for weight loss. But, I would tell you to first change mindset and perspective. Get a good relationship with your food. AVOID JUNK FAKE FOOD AT ALL COST. Drink 8 glasses of water. I drank 1 green tea everyday with lemon detox. + I followed a strict routine. Still, working hard. Reach for help.
this is so sweet, ive been in a pickle lately with my life and im trying to get back to my old good habits (Like yoga) and ive found it so hard to do, and this made me feel better :)

Update 1 - I love this so much. It has been only few days and I find myself feeling better, more productive and stronger. Thank you ❤ Update 2- I just woke up and did this immediately. after i finished this simple meditation for the first time i started crying uncontrollably. i have struggled immensely with depression anxiety and many other illnessess that have kept me from many things. to be able to move freely in a way that opened my body and mind up to the day am something im so grateful for. thank you for making this video. i will keep coming back to it daily on my new journey ❤❤

I’m trying to fix my life over summer for my new school I’m going to when school starts and I already messed up my sleep schedule because of my screen time and my mental health problems and almost every night i cried before I went to bed. I went to bed a little late last night, (because I had a mental breakdown) but I woke up at 5:40 AM this morning and after eating breakfast I decided to do yoga and it’s now going to be this video i use every morning now.
