Regarding our hardware, yoù ve hit the nail.
When it comes to conflicts (which are natural) emotional stupidity/the lack of emotional and spiritual intelligence is the problem (spiritual intelligence is to solve paradoxical problems constructive (in my opinion)

What I understand from this 3 hour podcast is visceral fat is bad and avoiding process food, quitting alcohol , sprint, exercise but avoid too much, bacterial health, stress reduction, sleep and eating real food is the solution. There is no secret that everyone looks for…these are the fundamental of health so let’s just do it 🙏

Excellent video. I’ve shared. I am 54 female. An RN 35 yrs. My specialty is nephrology. Currently in dialysis. I am of average build. But diagnosed with hepatitis steatosis 20 yrs ago. 10 yrs ago, I made major changes in my life incld reducing stress, more focused on healthy diet and being more active. People would literally come up to me and say I was looking younger. Now I am in menopause. I am still practicing nursing. Work is incredibly stressful. The system can no longer support the numbers of people now living longer with chronic disease. I’m addition, pandemics and war and more economic strain is showing the strain on society. Healthy whole foods are more expensive to acquire then ever. People working longer hours to meet basic needs.
Loneliness more an epidemic then ever. A culture constantly messaging that we as humans are broken and must be more dependent on medications, vaccines and so forth. Thank you for sharing this incredibly important information.

Eat beef. Done. It’s not that expensive. Ground beef at Sams/Costco is < $4 a lb. Very dense nutrition so you don’t need that much. Lose all the fake food and vegetables that are killing you. Nuts were making me tired and depressed. I thought I was doing something really healthy eating nuts (according to doctors). Wrong as usual. Doctors don’t have any clue how to help anyone so don’t expect them to help you be healthy. Statins are terrible - promote type 2 diabetes and arterial calcium.

      @suzanneminikus9770
Eliminate processed foods and carbs! For Carnivores: Eat meat of all kinds including seafoods, bacon and sausage ok too. Buy organic, grass-fed if possible & free range organic eggs. Healthy fats like whole milk, butter, cream, cheeses, avocados, olive oil & even lard for cooking is good.
      Back to basics!
If going Keto add organic vegies and salads. Avoid sugar rich fruits & vegies. Occasionally a sweet potato is ok. IF or Intermittent Fasting is when you don't eat anything after dinner (5 or 6pm) & delay breakfast til 10 or 11 am. You should feel a surge of energy! No or very little cravings. When you start to feel hunger in the pit of your tummy & your breath tastes metallic, youre in ketosis and burning fat!!! Congratulations! 🎊
Fatty meats dont cause fat, SUGAR CAUSES FAT! So refined & even whole grain carbs break down into sugar or glucose very quickly. Avoid them! Get a Constant Glucose Monitor if you want to see which foods spike insulin. Good luck!

To be frank I work night shifts 8pm to 8am. Usually 4 nights a week. The pattern varies. My typical week can be like this. Let’s say I worked sun. Mon get home sleep 4hrs. Wake up about around 2pm. Go about my day. Sleep 11pm to 7am. Sleep by 2pm and wake up 6:30pm in prep for a night shift. When shifts are consecutive I sleep all day. Before this I used to get fixated on house chores etc. I have created a strict schedule for myself, family, friends, social life etc. The times I am giving are not actual sleep 😴 but time in bed. Actual sleep varies by circumstances. Mathematically I am in bed for roughly 50 hours in a week. Recommended hours of actual sleep is about 56 hours, when someone sleep for 8hrs every day. Obviously am loosing some hours. Doing this has improved my life tremendously. I hope this answers your question .

My wife and I paid out of pocket for our full body MRI. We bargained and did our MRI at the clinic at the odd hours to save money. I think the money we spent for our MRI is the best investment that we had done. So far, the MRI scan confirmed : 1) we are very healthy at 53, 2) have had no cancer, 3) some lumbar in spine in the neck region and lower back region are corroded due to sitting and working with computer that we need to focus and exercise more, 4) detected a lump in my wife lung with is a hematoma which we had it remove. Now listening to this particular podcast, I will log on my MRI account and review the scans again for the fat contents. I highly recommend everyone to have the full-body MRI scan. We have only one life to live, make the best use of our money.

Deep down I think I have thought that I could never undo the already there damage of the fat inside. I am listening to so many podcasts for hours daily. I have pretty much given up tv and music to get all the information I can get. I would love to have an MRI!!!!! I am 65 and have dealt with high cholesterol all my life. I refuse to take statins. My BP went way up for the first time 2 years ago. 186/105. Within 3 months I lost weight and it went down and averages 100/74 now. That’s definitely proof to me that we play a huge part in our health!!!!!!!!!! I put weight back on last year and it went back up. In August I had my physical and of course my cholesterol is still high and I still refuse a statin. I have always done the low-fat, no fat, skinless chicken breast, etc, etc but nothing changes my cholesterol. I have decided that we have been given the wrong advice so I am determined to eat different food and get my cholesterol down. I have given up all processed foods and sugar. No beer, no sodas!!! I lost 12 lbs in five weeks. I am determined to not just be like everyone else who goes to the doctor to get another medication… I want to prevent disease instead of medicating it. Thanks for this podcast. God didn’t create my body to lack pharmaceuticals. All I need to do is give my body the food and exercise it needs.😊

I had been researching Ketogenic diet for the past year and decided to respond to my disgust. October 2022, I weighed 190, had gotten off all medications with guidance from my doctor, and had the best blood test results ever. April 2024, I still ONLY eat a whole food diet of a Big A$$ raw vegetable salad w/ EVOO & balsamic vinegar. I eat sauerkraut, kimchi, and fermented pickles and 100 grams of protein. I eat all this as one meal. I walk 8 miles every other day. Dr. Sean multiple times, I am now inspired to very, very, extremely carefully build up over time the ability to Sprint safely and to incorporate more high impact training.

By that I mean blood work to test your hormones. And if you are still having your period... they need to do an ultrasound to check your epithelial stripe. I felt physically great when I got diagnosed... so you can't rely on that meaning you are ok. And by that, I mean I was stronger than most men and could outwork 25 year old men , looked and felt great. That's abnormal.

Because if you really want to be honest, they are bad, they teach almost nothing about nutrition, food, and its effects on the body. And they, many of them, obviously cannot be trusted. The so called pandemic should have taught everyone that.

Got a virus whilst flying, survived Sepsis, out if hospital in 3-days, recovering energy did take longer, but very grateful I was only in Critical Care, not ICU due to my BP stabilizing and no serious problems just some cognitive, forgetting and foggy. People don’t like talking about the F word. We live in a world where people hide discussing this. I’m doing this for me and not sharing with anyone. I find if I share with my husband he will make it about himself or he will look at me like I’m broken. 😞. I was walking morning and night and lost 5 kilos. Unfortunately we moved and I found it so stressful and with renovating no kitchen for two months so my weight slowly crept up but I learnt that I can lose weight and it feels great. When you look and feel great it does make you happier. What makes you even happier is giving yourself a pat on the back when you see results

They start fasting and tend to burn through their muscle getting because they're not eating right geting ultra-thin with creepy loose skin and look older. Everyone should see this video. Regarding sprinting from another video with Dr. O'Mara:
    Older beginners:
Start slowly in terms of goals and acceleration & velocity. Pay attention to what your body can do.
(Walk before you can run, for the very sedentary. Chair exercises if you can't even walk well.)
Do stretches and do just a few sprints with slower accels and decels until building up over time to higher intensity, unless you're already good at sprinting.
    Mix your distances.
6-10 secs is a 'sweet spot.'
Sometimes do as low as 3 secs.
    30 secs max.
(can burn 100% muscle glycogen < 12 secs, instant energy residing in muscle, a rest period replaces it)
    NO CARDIO from distance running!
You can be a TOFI: Thin on the outside, FAT on the INSIDE
A study member was not losing visceral fat during the study. He was continuing to do distance jogging.
When he stopped jogging and only did sprints, he lost his internal visceral fat, finally, and gained more muscle. A lot more muscle.
A separate video by Dave Asprey touted the benefit of going on a walk and suddenly going into a 100% sprint for a bit. (~20-30secs??)
Then finish by laying on your back and catching your breath. Then get up and walk.
When ready, do it once (or twice?) more.
Besides the high-intensity sprint benefit, this tells your body that you just escaped a tiger or something and survived, and it will produce a flood of good stuff (hormones, etc).
Not sure how critical the laying down part really is.
This video mentions one of the good things released after sprinting, too.

Wonderful podcast! I'm remembering something 35 yrs ago - someone mentioned to me that when the sun is setting it releases lythium and if we don't get enough of course we are mentally deprived. The morning sun has the first energies of light so makes sense we will get bursts of energy from it, not to mention all the vitamins we get.😊 If plants and some species can live off vegies/sunlight and all the elements - so can some humans. If you evolve to that - more power to you. Respect all and let people eat the best way they feel healthy. When we are ready to change things - like magic - the info or concern is right in front of us. Thank you so much for your info. For caring and sharing. What a great opportunity we have, learning how to prolong or just live life to our individual capacities. We are concious as we want to be. I'm starting to believe that even animals are growing their souls too. Maybe heaven is as evovling as we grow and except. Peace upon our world with healthier beings helping each other. ❤

1 way I found to improve my microbiome, is to employ Intermittent Fasting properly: meaning, start with a small fasting window, then increase it 1 hour at a time. Otherwise, if you jump into a much longer window of fasting too quickly, you are starving your microbiome as well and when they starve they start to chew on "you" and make you sick. I know from a lot of experience that this is true. However, if you increase it slowly, you actually "cull" your microbiome a bit at a time and in a way that doesn't overwhelm your immune system because less are attacking you when starving. Now, when you slowly increase your fasting window, your microbiome begins to be populated with stronger and stronger microbes who can handle the longer periods without food. It changed my health dramatically. But i don't do it all the time. I got up to 43 hour fasts safely and regularly.

Where are you getting 120 degrees as a good temperature for the sauna? I thought it had to be at least 140 to get the best health benefits.

Re minute 2:08. Thank you for your honesty. I use the same approach. Example, we were eating out.I ate a bite of my biscuit, determined that’s all I want3d, and passed the rest on to my husband. He had ordered soup and half sandwich, which was too light, so he eagerly ate my biscuit.

Really interesting and so clearly explained. I'm 65 and have been resistence training and sprinting for 6 months now and I feel so much stronger and more dynamic. Its also so less time-consuming than long distance running

I’m 68 I now weigh 115.0 after losing 70lbs on Keto walking 2 hours a day and fasting. I also did Just Fit every day for 10 minutes along with 400-500 leg lifts with no visible signs of loose skin. I lost this weight in 6 months. I drink 64 oz of water with a green tea bag 1/2 lemon ginger and 2 tablespoons of apple cider, sliced fresh ginger throughout the day which I still do. I sometimes drink black coffee on the weekends. And I avoid restaurants in the US at all cost. When my go out for drinks I order sparkling water. The last month I’ve been traveling and still eating once a day, walking less only 1 hour but on the beach and using bricks and stones since that’s what I find laying around while doing 2 sets of 25 squats and still doing Just Fit but eating not so well. I’ve stopped Keto but I’m not gaining any weight I was 117lbs when I got here but lost 2lbs. I think it’s because the country I’m visiting doesn’t add additives or chemicals to there foods. I’m in Ecuador right now so I’m eating a lot of shellfish and salad which I would never eat prior because I needed salad dressing to make it taste good. Not sure what they put on their salad but it’s clear and tasty and always made with red onions, tomatoes lettuce and avocados. And I’m hooked on their white rice as well. I’m going to go back to Keto and my normal routine when I get home. I say this is because while I was here I got my body fats tested. My visceral fat is 3%. My subcutaneous fat.is 18%. BMI 18 and metabolic age is 55. Also since I’ve been here I noticed my stomach is ripped and I have a solid 4 pack never seen them before. They read this all on a scale. I was wondering if the scale was right and could really do all these readings. At the gym all they did was take my height of 5’4” placed me on a scale which they did here but the gym had me hold something and squeeze it. Before I left they said my BMI was 20% and said nothing about anything else. The scale they used here was a Renpho? Again I was just wondering if such a scale could really give me all those readings?. I did do a MRI prior to starting my journey because I had back surgery and all the tech said is I can tell you are a runner and yes I was and after getting in a car accident I stopped and that’s when my weight issues really started even though I was already over weight I didn’t look or feel like it but the scale told me otherwise and so did the trainer at the gym. I also went to a plastic surgeon before my journey and he said he would do a liposuction and tummy tuck on me for $14,000 because no exercise would get rid of my hanging belly. I really want to go back to show him he was wrong. Please can you answer my question about the scale?
