What is wrong with your people ? Don't you realize that all those doctors and clinics, hospitals, Cancer Research and Treatment Institutes that have so far imposed their understanding, cures or treatments and have millions of people non-cured and ending up dead; If all those business and doctors were to recognize that were wrong about their cures and understanding, would be sued for all those millions of deaths by relatives of the dead and all end up bankrupt together with the pharmaceutical companies that would loose the billions of dollars they earn annually from selling their chemicals and the chemotherapy.
      Think!
What is wrong with you ? If you are so passion-ed about, all you have to do is to find other people passion-ed like you are, find like minded people, organize yourself well and find funds and investors like-minded, and start a clinic with which you could prove a very high rate of success in cure cancer patients; and do so in a country in which you can not loose your medical license. There are plenty of countries on Earth that would allow you to
      try to
cure their people, and would allow you to start a research and with volunteer patients that are willing to follow your cure, and allow you to practice your medical knowledge. Then once you prove that your knowledge and cure is truthful, correct, all the people ill with cancer from all over the world including those from your own
      country
would go for cure in the country that you establish a clinic yourself that follows your exact medical knowledge, and the truth concerning this cure and your fame would spread world wide and let all those clinics, hospitals, doctors and pharmaceutical companies that oppose 'the truth', to end one way or another by becoming the losers.

I started at the beginning of the year with a Keto diet, no sugars, no carbs. Then I started eating only twice a day, noon and 7pm. I refused to have any foods that were not whole in my house. A few months ago I decided to do a 48-hour water fast, it was no problem. I now do a 38-hour fast once a week and my energy is so high, I have no cravings and the thought of junk food makes me feel sick. Thank you for the insightful interview!

My 80 years old brother was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma in the pancreas in April 2023. I am a not practitioner MD and when I saw this professor's explaining the metabolic approach of cancer, it made perfectly sense to me. I suggested my brother NOT to take radio nor chemotherapy and follow professor Seyfried instructionst + turmeric + berberine. In August 2023 he took a new PET and the cancer was gone. His doctor couldn't believe the result of the control PET and ordered to review the biopsy from April believing there was a mistake in the biopsy report and that it has not been a Ca, but a pancreatitis. The review of the biopsy confirmed it was an adenocarcinoma. Many many thanks Dr. Seyfried 🙏

0:14: 💡 Cancer is caused by dysregulated cell growth due to damage to oxidative phosphorylation, which is primarily caused by the environment we live in and lifestyle factors such as diet and lack of exercise.
10:51: ⚡ Cancer cells can generate energy without oxygen through fermentation, using glucose and glutamine as fuel.
20:19: 🔬 Cancer cells switch from oxidative phosphorylation to fermentation as a survival mechanism, leading to dysregulated growth.
31:39: ⚡ The fuel that drives dysregulated cell growth in cancer is fermentable fuels like glucose and glutamine, and the solution is to restrict their availability while transitioning the body to non-fermentable fuels like fatty acids and ketone bodies.
42:00: ✅ A ketogenic diet can be an effective therapeutic approach to cancer by cutting off the fuel source used by cancer cells and enhancing the health of normal cells.
52:03: 😡 The medical profession's lack of understanding and adherence to metabolic therapy for cancer treatment is resulting in ineffective and harmful standard of care treatments.
1:00:57: 💡 Prevention is key in reducing the risk of chronic diseases, including cancer, which are largely caused by our modern diet and sedentary lifestyle.
1:10:53: ⚠ The rapid changes in diet and lifestyle over the past few decades have led to epidemics of obesity, dementia, and cancer, all linked to elevated blood sugar and lack of exercise.
1:19:31: 💡 Dr. Thomas Seyfried discusses the importance of prevention and the challenges of treating cancer using metabolic therapy.
1:27:39: 🩺 Physicians want to establish clinics that provide continuous care for cancer patients, and non-invasive detection methods are being developed.
1:37:10: ✅ Metabolic therapy can be an effective approach to treating cancer, reducing the risk of spread and improving outcomes.
1:45:31: ✨ Metabolic therapy is the future of cancer management and prevention, and it can significantly reduce the risk of developing certain types of cancer.
1:54:18: 💬 Thomas discusses the challenges of managing communication and resources while conducting research and teaching.

They will advise you whether to take traditional medication and treatment along with intergrative meds and treatments. My intergrative doctor, skilled in treating stage four advanced breast cancer gave the green light to two medications my onchologist highly recommended. I am on a combo of traditional and intergrative meds and treatments.

I’m the first person in my family’s history to get cancer…. We’re all in shock about it, we don’t understand it. It could be for so many reasons, mostly emotional in my case. I’m a fairly healthy eater, I exercised, I meditate, but I guess I was missing something… anyway, doing my best to deal with it now. Unfortunately got talked into doing chemo/radiation but I’m doing a lot of work on my own as well. The doctors/nutritionists/nurses/pharmacists are all just reading a script. The nutritionist actually told me to eat packaged oatmeal! WTF. It’s loaded with processed things, sugar and salt. I told him I’d rather make my own soaked rolled oats without sugar…. He didn’t know what to say to me. They’re just robots, spewing stupidity to patients.

Thank you dear. I appreciate your insights, and I want to share my experience as well. I apologize for the confusion earlier, but my sister followed a Keto diet during her battle with cancer, not Paleo. While both diets contain low carbs, it's true that even items like berries and vegetables have some carbs.
My sister's approach was quite close to a carnivore diet, as she focused on minimal carb intake. However, despite her strong dedication to her diet, as well as her background in biology and access to targeted immunotherapy, cancer eventually took her away from us. I truly wish no one would have to endure what she went through.
Certainly, a low-carb diet can offer benefits to cancer patients, but I believe it's crucial to recognize that it isn't a guaranteed solution. Based on my sister's journey, I've come to understand that while diet can play a role, it isn't the sole answer. Every individual's situation is unique, and there are various factors at play.
While it didn't work for my sister, I'm glad that it worked for you or someone you know. My intention is to encourage a balanced approach, one that combines dietary considerations with medical guidance and a holistic outlook. It's natural to explore different avenues in the pursuit of health, but it's equally important to approach them with a realistic perspective.
For anyone on this challenging path, I offer my empathy and support. Let's remain open to possibilities while also acknowledging the complexity of cancer and the need for comprehensive care. Thank you for understanding.

I believe that since various factors can cause cancer its therapy should be multidimensional. Thus diet can be combined with physical exercises, faith in healing, being actor of one's treatment, meditation, dietary supplements, fasting etc. However we have to admit that every type of cancer has specfic characteristics that should be considered in treatment. Cancer survivors who followed integrative approach are real proofs examples of that.

I tried everything, message therapy, acupuncture and I believe that managing my stress was a big factor too. If I eat sugar or ice cream my muscles start seizing and aching again very quickly. I haven’t eaten meat for around 35 years. I also got my high cholesterol down with diet, the doctor couldn’t believe his eyes when my tests came back( I did statens for 1 month, the prescription was for 3or more?) I told him I think my diet helped, he said”what kind of diet”? Him nor the nurses bought the diet theory, I didn’t bother trying to convince them but I know in my heart. We have to take some responsibility for our own bodies and healing ourselves with the help of people like Dr Thomas Seyfried and other open minded people. I also believe suppressed emotions like fear ,anger, sadness, resentment can cause illness. It becomes stuck energy in the body. Energy cannot be destroyed, it can only be released or moved, expanded or contracted. Loved reading the comments.

I have no degree, and i agree. I knew this intuitively. When my boyfriend went through his cancer journey i asked the experts if sugar had anything to do with this. Oh no, they said. Boy, i knew then that i needed to do more research and guide this process. Glad i did! He is now cancer free.
We are grateful for the experts we chose to utilize. If you have cancer please please do your own research and definitely remember that you get to choose which options you go with. Not going to say anything more here. Im tempted to, but really, you have to look for answers, and you will find them. It's good that someone with credentials finally understands what is going on with cancer cells.

Thank you for these videos. This is the second interview I’ve watched with this amazing man. A wealth of knowledge. I’m a breastfeeding mom who found a lump in my breast that seemed different from breastfeeding lumps in the past. I went for an ultrasound (said no to mammogram). They rated my lump birad 4c highly suspicious and wanted to immediately biopsy. My partner and father to my children is somewhat of a conspiracy theorist and said HELL NO! So instead of biopsy I went home and started researching like crazy. Took about a month to stumble across keto and carnivore For healing. Before finding carnivore I was told to eat raw vegan and let me tell you it took one day before my stomach was in shreds and I was having belly pain from all the raw veg. I felt so disheartened. I was eating tons of fruit and overall it felt wrong. I’m 5 days in “carnivore “ but I still eat some pepperoncini and good quality pickles both with no added sugar. So I’m eating around 5grams of carbs a day. Eventually I’ll switch to full carnivore. I live pickles though! I go in for a second thermography session in October to check how heat patterns in my breast has changed plus I’ll do another ultrasound in a couple months to see if the lump has shrunk. Wish me luck!

I'm not saying he isn't brilliant, but nothing he said is reflective of his own brilliance. We have know everything he has said about cancer since the 20s. The problem was that hypothesis was shelved for almost 100 years because it didn't seem to be reliably correct at that time when studies treated cancer by starving it of the glucose it used to ferment. It was only recently realized that the reason starving cancer of glucose sint always work was because many cancers are able to ferment more metabolites than just glucose. We know so much more about metabolites and their precursors today than we did back then. Now we can demonstrate that cancers will use other metabolites such as l-argenine when glucose isn't available and every type of cancer has different limiting metabolites. Sadly at this point the capitalist pharmaceutical industry is too heavily invested in cancer as a generic disease and curing it with DNA therapies and the like that they won't put any money into finding out the limiting metabolites for all types of cancers. Not to mention there is no money in curing cancer via a certain diet or using readily available inhibitors that would rob cancer of the metabolites it can ferment

The only one on the ward ever to order more food. They threatened us with calling CPS on use if we refused standard care. So we reluctantly agreed and at the very first pet scan that is designed to show what percentage the cancer had Shrunk it was gone. When the doctor first saw his scan he screamed to the waiting room for my wife. He pulled up before and after pet scans glowing dots everywhere and normal. I'm a two time cancer survivor, and I lost my mom to diabetes only a year before my first diagnosis. It was the worst time of my life, I've never been in so much pain, or felt so hopeless and depressed. Cancer doesn't consistently run in my family, neither does diabetes. I truly believe the modern American diet killed my mom, and almost killed me when I was only 15, and again at 20. We were a fairly poor household (this is NO way a comment blaming my parents in any way, my mom was very sick, and my dad did everything he could to care for our family). We ate a lot of very cheap, easy to make processed foods that often included high carbs and sugars to replace fats. Skim milk was always in the fridge, TV dinners were in the freezer, little Debbie snacks and soda were my breakfast. Everything was low fat, everything was quick and easy, everything was full of sugar. My parents did what they thought was good for us, what they were TOLD was good for us (and for them) by both doctors and the government. I watched my mom slowly die and almost died myself. There's a very good chance that you yourself or someone close to you has had or even succumbed to some type of auto immune disease, some certain of cancer, or (especially) diabetes.
Our entire country has been unknowingly (until recently) poisoning/killing themselves through what we've been told is good to put into our bodies to stay happy and healthy. We've been collectively deceived in the name of money. Sugar and high carb foods, highly refined flours, sweeteners, vegetable oils, processed foods and chemicals have been poisoning and killing us for the last 40 years. I've been rotating between keto and Paleo for almost 7 years now and my blood tests now come back perfect. People like this bringing truth to the situation truly are saving lives. Please do your own research, and thank the doctors coming out of the wood work to stop this from continuing into the next generation.

Sadly, too many family members won't think beyond their doctors advice. So grateful for the work that he and his colleagues are doing!

I feel so deeply for this man who is trying to send a message and you can hear his frustration. We need to do our crowd sourcing part and get this message out there. I feel like somebody should make a simple cartoon that most people could understand talking about fermentation versus oxidation is a good start.

I started a ketogenic diet just over a month ago. Before I started I felt terrible. Headaches and digestive upsets, gallbladder attacks, my weight was out of control. Within a month, I now sleep well, I've lost weight, I have energy, I think clearly (brainfog gone), the difference is profound. I'll be sticking to it until my weight is back to normal and then I'll continue with a banting diet which is easier to stick to but will maintain ketosis for most of the time. Clearly this diet helps us achieve metabolic health which is the baseline for overall health especially in older people. Surprisingly I don't have strong cravings like I used to have on other diets. It's not that difficult once you're on it. It sure beats being sick! At 61, this is my health strategy since the food and pharma industries will kill me if I don't follow my own informed strategies. I supplement with cannabis oil and medicinal mushrooms. I stay as far away from doctors as I can. Zero chronic meds on my nightstand.

What a great video! I wished I would’ve heard this earlier in my cancer/chemo journey. I did find the keto lifestyle with intermittent fasting on the internet a year after my treatment which I still do today. The nutritional advice I was given during treatment was nothing more than a full sugar diet of all packaged foods. (Boost replacement meals, canned fruit, etc.) Thank god I didn’t follow it. Instead I was so sick I couldn’t eat and lived off of bone broth for quite a while. I now was switched to a different hospital for follow up CT scans yearly and curious techs questioned me about recovery and I told them my diet and lifestyle I found on the internet which reversed countless chronic diseases eliminating 8 medications I was on. They were fascinated and said I was on the right track and this was the future of medicine. I had to UNLEARN everything I thought was healthy about eating. The food pyramid needs to be turned upside down! I was on a low fat high carb grain diet which I now know contributed to all that was wrong with me. My health failed me in my mid 30’s and I suffered terribly for 2 decades in the current medical trap. Treat symptoms with DRUGS, DRUGS, DRUGS. Not one mention of a nutritional fix/therapy. I’ll never go back to that rat race again! I feel better at 60 than I did at 40!

I remember looking at the food pyramid in class as a 12 y/o. And even as a dumb kid I knew it was ridiculous. 6-8 servings of pasta a day!! The Government very quietly did away with that abomination in 2015. I remember when I was hospitalized for pancreatitis, they kept bringing in tray after tray of high sugar, high processed foods while a nurse would be right behind to give me more insulin. I’m thinking….is this smart? I was even talked into taking more and more insulin. Started taking insulin shots like candy. Never understanding why my weight climbed over 300lbs and could never lose any weight. Finally, discovered keto and IF and haven’t had a shot of insulin in over two years. Also down 70lbs. The weight flew off. And the health improved immediately.

I am rejecting standard treatments, currently making adjustments for achieving therapeutic ketosis (I reached a peak of 5.2 mmol/l ketones after just two days of adjusting…nearly there!) and ordering more supplements to start soon (mushroom and boswellia)…it’s a constant evolution but baselines are nearly established. I am also researching for a medical professional to guide me/offer further support (hyperthermia, infusions, etc)….I will share all in public when I’m more organized and in a fixed routine/schedule with all elements. The meditations are consistent and the mindset is of the full belief I’m healed. God bless you all and may your journal be full of health and light and love!

I found that nicotine is not additive yet people get lung cancer from smoking, it is the chemicals they put in the paper plus sugar crystals once inhaled and you get cancer the sugar feeds the cancer. Yes it is a money maker for big Pharma for sure, no cure until we destroy big pharma and the DS.

I worked briefly at a hospital in London where the surgeons had developed a cancer treatment programme which involved 1 month of fitness training before any treatment interventions and long fasting during treatment, then more personal training after surgery. This was in 2018. So it looks like some centers are looking into the effects of diet and exercise plans as part of cancer treatment.

Dr Sayfried is so correct! I was just diagnosed with metastatic colon cancer even after a proctocolectomy four years ago. I mentioned to my new oncologist if he was familiar with the metabolic origins of cancer and he was not. “This is what we have now” alluding to chemotherapy. It is enraging to know we have a proposed solution but because the current genetic theory has become an ideological dogma in the medical profession we keep treating with the wrong therapies that, even if they succeed, they leave life long medical consequences.

My wife and I have been doing vigorous exercise together when possible 3-4x per week, eating every meal, kid-sized portions... mostly cereal or toast for breakfast, protein-fruit smoothie for lunch, lean protein and vegetables on our dinner plates most often without rice or noodles or other carb. I am 53 and never felt better.
