    Eric seems like such a nice and humble guy, insane considering how big he is in the sport. Thanks for the vid!

    Only about 25 mins in so far but this is definitely the best powercast i've heard in a while. Very funny and on the topics I think most of the audience is most interested in. Thanks Jim!

    The info about peaking that starts just before the 1 hour mark is gold.

    500 x 22!??? Why was that not on film!? Last 500 rep PR Eric has on film I believe is 13-15 or so? I'm not doubting 22 at all, I'm literally asking why that's NOT on UA-cam! lol that's insane!

    • @Burog1
      @Burog1 9 років тому +3

      Nick Wright 315 for 62 should also be on film .....srs

    • @NickWright
      @NickWright 9 років тому

      ATG gains True! But his 315 x 46 is at least on UA-cam. I feel like 500 x 22 is a whole new level!

    "this guys calculated 1Rm is 721lbs. a random guy from a street gym is probably the strongest guy in the world.." - 3 year old comment on the video of Spoto's first appearance at ST.
    Weird reading that, knowing this guy didn't have a clue what was going to happen the next year.

    It seems like more and more I hear about bodybuilders that start lifting and convert over to powerlifting end up having alot of success. Maybe its how the a bigger muscle has the potential to be a stronger muscle, I forgot if Chad Smith or Spotto said that.
