All due respect to Rip, he’s not a great interviewer. He even admits it in that particular interview. This format/environment would be perfect for Captain Kirk. Make it happen, Team ST!!!
Excellent advice from Mr. Coan!! More info would have been conveyed had his friends ceased interrupting for bauds quips and silly queries. A good man who wants sincerely to see lifters succeed and stay safe and consistent. Thank you to Ed and Hege!!
Love the new clean setup, not sure about the opening logo however. I kinda liked the 'script' style from before. Regardless, the levels are more consistent and the mix has improved. Well done Jim!
Finland mentioned! We have over 400kg geared bench presser: Freddi Smulter. A monster. Awesome podcast and thanks again for tons of info, useless and useful!
I kinda thought this wasn't gonna be as funny because I thought you guys would clean it up a bit in the presence of a lady but you were filthier than ever. Awesome!
***** Mitchell Hayman ed coan said he stiff legged 435 the first time he ever deadlifted, not knowing what he was doing.. I meant that is near my max now which is 455
This is gonna be a strange question, but are their science formulas that could approximate how much Coan could've lifted if he were a super heavyweight, like Andrey Malanichev?
Production quality and content coming out of SuperTraining lately is really really good.
Awesome. Thanks guys. Keep it up, people appreciate what you do.
Ed seems like such a down to earth person and he's just a pool of great information love all the videos
Great discussions here! I particularly liked Ed covering expending mental energy.. got a meet in July and these points are really going to help!
You guys need to get together with Kirk Karwoski, that'd be so amazing srs

Mark Mammoth Hege grew up in a gym, she's been with Ed for years, and she works as a nurse. She's no delicate flower.
+Jim McDonald I'll take some strong weed over a delicate flower any day
Inorite?! True equality, i love it!
Jim, is there a super training app? I find one in the android play store but I don't know if it's from y'all.
UnclePhi1 Somebody did one years ago. It's not from us.
Stiff legged 435 first time ever deadlifting.. That's near my max
***** bro, the guy actually took the comment thinking it meant the guy saying HE deadlifted 435 stiff legged, he misinterpreted it
***** Mitchell Hayman ed coan said he stiff legged 435 the first time he ever deadlifted, not knowing what he was doing.. I meant that is near my max now which is 455
