- In this final video from Rhino's recent visit, Mark talks with him about how improving work capacity can improve all aspects of an athlete's training, what his priorities are on a diet, how bodybuilding helped him crush world records in powerlifting, and many more of the lessons he learned on the road from weighing 140 to 280 pounds.

What I like about Stan is that he breaks the "stupid" meathead bodybuilder stereotype. He's well spoken and very knowledgeable.
More Rhino videos please!
I agree. I think Mark is the same way too.
I'll add Derek @ MPMD to this list of well spoken & informed lifters.
Good listen, not to mention great audio quality (especially for a video shot in a gym)
Thank Brandon. We are working hard over here but just getting started!
+supertraining06 Hey Mark what about anerobic cardio? Will that effect muscle mass in the long run?
+supertraining06 ok...... can STTV do a vid about power;ifters who want to lose 80-100 lbs?
stan needs to grow his mustache and go for the nappa look
69BuffMan69 He probably shaved because of how many people were calling him Goldberg
Hahahahahaha it's over 9000!!!!
Tape a tail on lol
Rhino is my favorite lifter. He isnt an egomaniac and he shares his techniques and training.
Two jacked and tan millionaires talking knowledge, awesome stuff, thank you Mark Bell,Stan Efferding, and whoever is filming and editing, thanks.
This is probably one of the best video's on youtube I have ever seen on pling or bbing.
Two guys, both extreme athletes in their respective sports having an intelligent, well articulated conversation about two sports that are usually overrun by dimwitted idiots preaching idiotic behaviour.
Easy to watch and it just flows. Excellent work, Mark.
Learnt more in this segment than I ever did watching these "popular" youtubers lol
so true
Wtf is learnt
Great series with Stan, really good to hear from him on these issues.
Blessings
To this day Stan is still my favorite lifter. Strong as fark and an awesome guy, his videos are amazing!
What's his channel called? This guy has some good info for sure.
Just UA-cam his name, his official channel is not very active
It is so refreshing to hear honesty in fitness. Great content guys.
Stan Efferding Speaks so effortlessly and was such knowledge and understanding of his craft. I could listen to this guy all day long. What an inspiration for 47 years old, he is a lean mean power machine. All the best Rhino and keep them coming.
Rhino is my number one source for information on strength training and fitness.
Discussing over a GHR instead of a table, classic. Always good to hear Stan's opinion. One of my favorites
I really respect Stan as not only a lifter but as a person too. Never tries to be something he's not, which is such a common problem today with people who lift.
After all this year watching Rhino´s lifting videos I never listen at him.
He´s so kind and down to earth, it´s amazing.
I have really enjoyed the hell out of these Stan Efferding videos. Thanks a lot guys, you're doing the Lords work.
Stan is such a beast and real humble
One of the best, most fascinating lift videos of any kind I've seen. At the end I wanted it to just keep going. Well done.

Cannot get enough of Stan!!! He is the best! I am a 42 year old dude trying to get strong and I can say that I have learned more shit from that dude than most everyone else combined.

good info guy , thanks !
great stuff
this is gold
Funny he should mention the 5 by 5 program since that's what I'm doing , except after the 5 sets I'll work with higher reps but do a different movement . I read a Muscle and Fitness magazine and it said Reg Park started that. 5 reps, 5 sets, and after you do it 5 times, you go up in weight 5 pounds. Difference is, I'm 44 and soon to be 45, but I love it since I'm going up in weight lifted similar to the 5 / 3 / 1 program which I have done in the past.
Also, I noticed Stan said he goes against the grain often compared to other fitness experts but that's another reason I like this guy. He's not afraid to give his honest opinions about anything.
Great interviewer....even better guest.
So many knowledge bombs!
Thank god for Stan, dude gives the bro community so much game for free
Thank you Stan
Always come back to this video just to review the principles
Hey big man I'm 200 lbs and I'm far heavier than I ever have been I'm wondering how you recommend I go about burning fat in the way you have mentioned. Plus I been lifting off and on for a while and can't seem to get my chest to fill out what can I do. Thanks again.
