  • In this final video from Rhino's recent visit, Mark talks with him about how improving work capacity can improve all aspects of an athlete's training, what his priorities are on a diet, how bodybuilding helped him crush world records in powerlifting, and many more of the lessons he learned on the road from weighing 140 to 280 pounds.

What I like about Stan is that he breaks the "stupid" meathead bodybuilder stereotype. He's well spoken and very knowledgeable.
    More Rhino videos please!

This is probably one of the best video's on youtube I have ever seen on pling or bbing.
Two guys, both extreme athletes in their respective sports having an intelligent, well articulated conversation about two sports that are usually overrun by dimwitted idiots preaching idiotic behaviour.
Easy to watch and it just flows. Excellent work, Mark.

Funny he should mention the 5 by 5 program since that's what I'm doing , except after the 5 sets I'll work with higher reps but do a different movement . I read a Muscle and Fitness magazine and it said Reg Park started that. 5 reps, 5 sets, and after you do it 5 times, you go up in weight 5 pounds. Difference is, I'm 44 and soon to be 45, but I love it since I'm going up in weight lifted similar to the 5 / 3 / 1 program which I have done in the past.
Also, I noticed Stan said he goes against the grain often compared to other fitness experts but that's another reason I like this guy. He's not afraid to give his honest opinions about anything.
