I'm 40 years old and 20 lbs overweight, I've been working out for almost a week and I've been so proud of myself for pushing through it! These exercises are very doable but also challenging for someone out of shape like me.

54 years old. Fell off my fitness wagon about the same time I went through perimenopause 5 years ago. Just found you today, subscribed, and am adding this and your standing ab work-out to my new (again) routines. I was really fit and now am overweight with the apron/menopause belly. Can't stand it! Petra I just tried your 20 minute fat work out and I love it. I’ve never been good at sports, but I do love to walk. These workouts are totally doable for someone who is 62.5, and a great addition to my walks. Looking forward to results and to just be able to feel better, and sleep better. THANK YOU 😊
I’m 64 and doing this for the first time. Pleased that I was able to get through it all but any longer and I wouldn’t have made it. Thank you for keeping them at 20 minutes!!!! ❤
Petra I'm 51 years old and I NEVER saw myself working out consistently every day. LIKE NEVER. Now I'm looking forward to it every day. Your workouts are great for a beginner ❤ i can't wait to see the results because it's only been 8 days but that's a big deal for me. I've even done two videos back to back because I don't want to stop after 20 minutes.
I’m right there with you KND. Same age and working out, almost everyday has been an eye opener of sorts. A good realization to me, that no matter what age, a good workout is not only essential it’s vital for one’s over health and well-being!
@@fortheloveofmoon I sleep better and I’m becoming “regular” again after having to take a laxative every week. Who knew that when we move regularly our bodies “move” regularly. Congratulations to us both! I’ve been slack for the past few days, and I gotta get back on track!
I have MS and am recovering from several Open Heart surgeries. These exercises all look doable. ❤❤ (Yes, Dr. said I'm off restrictions. No, I won't do any move that hurts because that would just be stupid. 😂) Low impact, yet full body exercises. Perfect. ❤❤❤ Shared this with my kids (adults.)
I too have MS and have had multiple relapses this year but with a wedding coming up I’m finding these manageable and seeing a difference. Best wishes to you😊

So many exercises do, but after a few days, I'm unable to continue because my MS causes tremors and weakness due to the intensity, even when it doesn't seem that intense. Knowing it works for others with MS is fantastic! Pray you can continue to do these exercises and feel better physically & emotionally (a big deal!) before your wedding. I pray you have a wonderful wedding and Blessed life together.

Try them. Im looking into toning, and I’m trying what will work for me. Regardless if this is good for toning or not it’s still a good exercise to get you moving.
