Thanks, Petra! It's so good to find a woman not too dissimilar in age to me (and with a British accent!) showing me a workout I can do! I managed most of the 20 minutes despite not exercising more than a few walks over the last 15-18 months. I especially liked the countdown for each exercise and the way you overlaid the next exercise coming up so I could be ready mentally - not always physically! I shall be doing the menopause belly one next. I think I'll alternate days for the 20 minute workout. As an unfit 68 the 20 minutes is a bit too long at the moment. Thanks again!
Wow wow wow! This is the first video of yours that I did. Thank you for doing a great standing workout with perfect cues. The countdown clock and the small screen preview is great. And no chatter chatter chatter! Upbeat music. I went from this video to the belly one and then to the arm one for a total of 60 minutes.
Just did this for the first time and wow, it was challenging, but also awesome! My body really couldn't seem to get a hang of those backward lunges, though (not sure I've even done a lunge in MANY YEARS), but instead of giving up, I just switched them to forward lunges for now, with an eye toward working up to the backward lunges. Also, with that fast running in place part, my heart rate went way up past maximum (like 190 bpm!), so I let myself slow down for a minute and then finished the workout when it was in more manageable state (140ish bpm)! Anyway, thanks for another great workout -- looking forward to doing it again soon! 😀

Increase your lean protein intake by a lot (100-120 grams per day) and decrease man made carbs (sugar, white bread, white pasta, cakes, cookies, etc.). Worked for me, I've lost 20 pounds (about 9 kg) since April. Women past menopause need increased protein to make up for the muscle building estrogen we no longer have. I keep hard boiled eggs in my fridge all the time for a protein rich snack (eggs have about 6 grams of protein).

These would be great workouts if they were not quite so fast and without any break whatsoever. Without even a 15 second rest, and at this speed, these are really prone to cause injury, especially to lower back. Not everyone your age has the benefit of weighing 90 pounds soaking wet.
Workouts that are training your whole body will be burning through calories and fat much faster than if you were only working one muscle group. Combine this with a fat loss diet, you could get great results.
