I have the exact same sleep problem with alcohol - fall asleep very early then wake at about 2am in a sweat and can't sleep for hours. I can't be bothered with alcohol at all now. Great food haul. Hormones are a curse!! Xx
I LOVE goats cheese! YOM. Its better for dogs too, willow likes a bit 😁 Ive tried those Heck chicken sausages, really nice. Fabulous food shop, salmon my fave. I'm starving now ! 🤣🤣Can't beat M&S for deli treats but I do spend a fortune in there 😊😊❤
I love cheese Provolone is my favorite. Weight does go up and down,,however I never want to be a size 22 again..my goal is 148. I am 161.2 now from 193..my goal is to be comfortable in a good size 12..good seeing again.
You’re doing so well Joan. I’m off out for a meal tonight where I can get get gluten free fish and chips and I’m going for it. Following with a few days of lean proteins, veg and a little fruit I will hopefully cancel out the calories haha xx

I love M&S they have some lovely different bits if you ae looking for a treat, and they are not always much dearer than the main supermarkets xx
