Hi, Dr. Andrew Huberman! I just wanted to reach out and say thank you for all the insights and knowledge you share. Your work has been a big inspiration for me during a time of transformation in my health and lifestyle. Earlier this year, I weighed 99 kg, and now I’m down to 65 kg, feeling more energized and focused than ever. Since May, I’ve embraced a daily routine that includes going outside, which has been incredibly grounding. I feel like I can’t go a day without it. I also quit coffee and replaced it with lemon water, mint and lemon balm tea, and minimal meals. Practicing Yoga Nidra and self hypnosis has been another powerful addition. It had a huge impact on my relaxation and mindfulness. Thank you for your dedication to sharing science-backed insights. They’ve made a world of difference for me. Keep up the amazing work you share with the world!
I really enjoy how laidback and calm Andrew Huberman is in this podcast, it’s really nice to see him share his personal experiences and having fun. It also makes it so much more easier to follow the podcast because it doesn’t just feel like a boring biology lecture (not that his podcasts feel like a boring biology lecture)
Podcasts between podcasters are the best, these people have talked to thousands and possess a wealth of knowledge that is unrivaled. I really enjoyed this episode.
I’ve listened to Huberman speak several times on multiple podcasts, & I see the same subjects being brought up. Just when I think I’ve heard this lesson, I’m learning something new. Whether it be new literature coming out, Huberman’s ability to convey this information more effectively over the years, or more than likely my thick skull needing to hear it again & again, I’m always glad I tuned in. I love Chris, I love Huberman. The world is in a better place when these two sit at a table together with mics on.
The power of prayer! Good for him for sharing what many will mock him for. It's been a key part of my daily life since my conversion to Catholicism many years ago.
In the how to become a morning person, can fully attest to what Hubermann says pretty much word for word from personal experience. I used to throw myself in bed only after 11PM or midnight at best (at worst pull an all nighter here and there) and now go to sleep at around 10-11 PM consistently to get the 8 hours of sleep i feel better in and wake up just before either 7-8 AM. The first 3 days sucked (the 3rd one considerably less i might add) and after that it is smooth sailing.
Same. I try to go to sleep around the same time, 10-11 pm, it is interesting how sometimes I woke up briefly at 12 thinking omg, I slept so much, it feels like a very deep sleep. I always wake up around 6-7 am. I rarely have nights after 11 pm, even if I sleep enough hours and wake up later, I still don’t feel as refreshed as after a 10-6 sleep
Maybe if they would stop doing straight up hit pieces he might lol, the first article that came up when I was looking what was happening says he’s pushing expensive supplements and relying on his history and not science to gain trust. It’s so dishonest
Thank you Andrew and Chris. You're my mentors, and I resonate really much with the lonely chapter idea. As of now I am alone, I have only my parents and one friend that is way ahead of me. Finished Highschool I lost most of my friends due to me changing, and 2 months ago my gf broke up with me. But since then I feel I grew a lot. And knowing that all those doubts about regressing and uncertainty are normal and only temporary is comforting. Love the work the both of you are doing, I am so grateful to have found your podcasts!
I’ve had a couple of lonely chapters and they ended up being incredible times of introspection and growth. Now I have a small but powerful support system and have been happily married for 10 years. Without my lonely chapters, I wouldn’t have turned myself into the person that could create that. The fact that you’re listening to this content, I know you can create whatever you want in your future. 💝
Everybody preety much gone through this lonely chapter in their life. even I am feeling lonely for almost 3 years, I don't have a girlfriend and I lost most of my friends due to some situations but only have few friends who called me sometimes.
I just absolutely love this conversation and I will be listening to it again. The insights about work and life in addition to the science and the health aspects are just incredible. Thank you for connecting with us on so many levels! This is one of my favorite Andrew Huberman interviews.
It’s inspiring that Andrew opened up! It’s impressive that he didn’t back down and I’m proud to follow most all of the friends and podcasters that backed him up ! Great conversation.
As Lex said on his pod with jordan while talking about Dostoevsky , I have friends in these books these characters are my friends , they're dead but that doesn't mean they're not my friends . Thats basically the feeling I have for huberman, chris, joe , lex. Rich and JBP are more like elder brothers / mentors , but they are my friends. Thank you Chris.
I find when I delay the caffeine for more than 2 hours after waking, and spread it throughout the day, I get the best results. The crash just seems to not exist anymore, I just get tired late at night when I should.
Please speak to workers who work graveyard shift. I've worked 3 years night shift at a hospital and don't plan a career of it. Shift work is never going away so what does that do to my cell metabolism and what can I do. My mental state is definitely affected
With this episode I've just realized that you've finally put the actual video up on Spotify which I've been waiting a long time for. Just wanna say how grateful I am for that. 😆
Thank you so much for really going into the lonely chapter. That’s exactly where I am now so isolated having no community or friends Knowing as you say that there’s a “bloke” ❤ out there that understands and was resonating and is empathetic to where I am right now makes me feel like I’m a part of a community that I’m currently lacking. Isolation is painful and I thank you for the work that you do to share. I also really want to thank all the people behind the scenes that help you create content I actually stopped at the side of the road to type this two hours and 10 minutes into the podcast grateful for you someone in Manitoba canada
SUPER SUPER PODCAST !!!! I am eternally grateful for your authenticity ! You clearly care for each other. I appreciate your sharing of intimate and cool details of your life ! Podcasts are the wave of the future and you guys are at the top ! Go Chris and Andrew !!!!!
Wow. Amazing interview. Andrew, you singlehandedly changed my life. With prior podcasts. Thank you for that. They can talk. Let them. They will run out of steam before you know. This interview is truly fantastic. ❤
I'm one of those people who doesn't need sleep, I think it was an adaption from time in the Navy. I just simply dont need it. Ive taken IQ tests after 3 days of no sleep and It was hardly changed at all I wouldn't be embarrassed to show it to anyone. I also just get up and go to work and can see it in my face and I look tired when I do something like that but I can 2 or 3 hours indefinitely with out any real noticeable impairment. The first time I ever went 24 hours was the first day of boot camp and I honestly thought I was losing my mind. I was afraid of how I felt, I was standing and going in and out of consciousness I would like wake and didnt know where I had been..I knew where I was not where I had just been....standing up and not falling down and I gave me a massive panic attack I was freakin out I thought I was gonna die I didn't know what was going on. Now after days and days awake that never happens anymore. Im 53 and Ive been like this since I was 20-21. I do sleep until I wake up mosty and I recognize the need and have sleep goals. I try to have regular sleep. Its not that I cant sleep I fall asleep in 3 minutes and can if i want sleep under an airport I actually live right next to one, it comforts me. Jocko is Legend and all seals can go without sleep but its widely for sure a navy thing all salty dogs many of us work ungodly hours that people wouldnt believe and cant imagine, still nobody falls asleep on watch. Its definitely trainable and for me at least it was permanent. I might dare to call it a slight superpower.
I’m such a fan of both of you and i wanted to thank you both for such a great conversation. I also wanted to say that your part on “the lonely chapter” was completely spot on and I needed to hear it. I’m literally living the lonely chapter right now and hearing you articulate my present situation helped me more than you could ever know. Thank you ❤
Thank you for sharing your story on how you got through your lesson with the media Andrew!! I think you sharing how you prayed is absolutely profound because it shows others that although you may be a man of science you still can have a spiritual side as well. I think, especially today with people such as yourself and others like Joe Dispenza can bridge science and spirituality better than anyone has ever tried before. Besides, you are also giving permission to others that love science that you can have a spirtual side and a prayerful side as well and this world could use a lot more honest and prayerful people like yourself brave enough to be yourself and not what the world wants you to be. Bravo Andrew! Keep leading by example!
I was a oncology clinical research coordinator for Scott & White Hospital in the 90s. I enjoyed it, but I wish I could have worked with you. You seem so passionate about your research. I really appreciate that you no longer do research on animal. I know it's necessary, but I do love animals. So thank you for that.
Growing up and using your experiences in Stockton-on-Tees as a navigation tool for everything you don't want in your life. I really empathise with that sentiment Chris.
One of the best things I ever did was give up caffeine completely. I sleep better, and my energy is much more constant throughout the day. I wake up at 5am to drive to work so it wasn’t easy, but I became allergic to it, are hyper reactive, so I had to give it up 100%.
Love listening to these two. Huberman is awesome, he is excellent at explaining things for the rest of us and he does it so well. The latest science and knowing he believes in God means I know he isn’t trying to shove some random theory in his science. He sticks with what is
Unless I am an athlete, I really do not need such detailed information. I have my goals, but a morning routine is mostly a tool for gaining the feeling of control over one's life. I rather prefer to build on being stable and secure inside in spite of circustances than having to start the day the same way and feeling stable as a result.
Andrew & Chris you're both legends for getting this kind of message out to the public. Andrew's outlook sounds exactly the kind of thing the psychological space is pushing over the last year and it's inspiring to see what our future can look like once the scientific worlds have unified. Casey Means, Andrew Hubermann, Jordan Peterson, Mike Israetel & Elon Musk need to get into one room together and give us the podcast of the century!
What a great show. Thank you for the honesty and integrity (although i don’t know the challenges faced with the media). Love that you reminded me to say a prayer today as well as all the other good stuff I’m integrating into my health.
I’m 6 months away from my 30th birthday. I have always been a morning person, even since I was a child. I’d wake up hours before the rest of the house. These days I’m asleep by 9, and wake up at 4-4:30am, no alarm clock (there’s a 5am one as a fail safe, but it’s never needed). Between waking up in general throughout the night or getting up to pee, I sleep on average 5.5-6.5 hours, and feel great. I try and sleep longer, because I wouldn’t mind 8 hours, but the minute my eyes open, I am wide awake, ready for the day.
Dr. Huberman, I love that you brought up Erickson, he gets so overlooked in today's discussions. I also think one scholar that really gets us to an "adult" way of reasoning is Chickering.
I'm on the other side of the planet, but this resonates so much. Thank you for this video ❤️ I also can't stop thinking about who is more beautiful, Chris or Dr. Andrew Huberman 😄
I love science but I don't like how it's used in today's society. We often don't need science to support our intuition for changes that need to be made.
Love what you speak about Andrew- your REAL ✨✨✨✨✨ Thanks Chris for putting this together I have been listening to Andrew for a few yrs now and saw him in Melbourne in February. Loved it Love listening Unfortunately there are arseholes in the world🙄🙄Sorry they came for you Andrew you rock 🎉🎉🎉 Love you also Chris ✨✨

Andrew, when “the cut” article came out many of my friends sent it to me knowing I’m a fan of yours. I was happy that you did not address it on your platforms or any platform for that matter. The cut also published the anonymous article that ruined aziz ansari’s career.
It really speaks to the character of the people at that outlet. Whatever you may think about his personal life (as it is falsely portrayed by the media), he has helped a lot of people, probably thousands with the alcohol episode alone. What positive impact have the people writing those articles ever had?

Fainted, but still somehow managed to click 😂
@@moatasim7 Exactly! 😄 Who would be your other fav guests to speak to Chris?
@@kiara4345 I fell right onto the trackpad of my mac 😆
@@thehumanpodcastofficial Jordon Peterson, Dr K
Thank you Dr Huberman for standing up for your faith!!!!! It means so much more than you will ever know. Absolutely love you, and keep going strong!!!
That bait-and-switch start is golden
Absolutely
I'm not a fan

Yeah
@calebford6318 usually that type of comment is saved for someone who's inserting an irrelevant opinion. Get over yourself, it's the internet
Chris and Dr Andrew are my favorite people in the world! I can listen to these 2 talking all day long! ❤
“from peace you can make the right decision”. Amen ❤
this guy is the epitome of "ignore it and just post through it"
it's the only way
Maybe if they would stop doing straight up hit pieces he might lol, the first article that came up when I was looking what was happening says he’s pushing expensive supplements and relying on his history and not science to gain trust. It’s so dishonest
You referring to Andrew Huberman ignoring his cheating allegations or wtv 😂
He handled it perfectly, I wonder if he's had reputation training or something.
Did yall even listen to the conversation lol
10/10 episode. Thank you Chris and Andrew for helping the world be more informed.
Thank you Dr. Huberman for your passion about Science.
May God bless you exponentially, Dr. Huberman ❤
Prayer is powerful. Never be ashamed for asking Him for help and guidance.
My two favorite men who I love to listen to and learn from. Thank you for this very meaningful conversation.
Chris and Andrew have the most soothing voices and them together just puts me to sleep to be honest…
I'm not the only one who thinks so? When I can't sleep at night I put them on a slower speed and let that be my sound Soother. Totally effective
I find when I delay the caffeine for more than 2 hours after waking, and spread it throughout the day, I get the best results. The crash just seems to not exist anymore, I just get tired late at night when I should.
I love Dr. Andrew! Always giving the science on difficult subjects so simplified! And, I am an MD, so I love listening to him!! Thanks for this video
I didn’t even know Andrew was going thru media drama til this interview. I’ve been too busy listening to podcasts like his to listen to news-media.
Thanks
Thank you!!!
The most REAL person I know! Sincerely!
Thank you so much for really going into the lonely chapter.
That’s exactly where I am now so isolated having no community or friends
Knowing as you say that there’s a “bloke” ❤ out there that understands and was resonating and is empathetic to where I am right now makes me feel like I’m a part of a community that I’m currently lacking.
Isolation is painful and I thank you for the work that you do to share. I also really want to thank all the people behind the scenes that help you create content
I actually stopped at the side of the road to type this two hours and 10 minutes into the podcast
grateful for you

This episode came in clutch! Had a 3hr 40 min drive and was elated when I saw this drop! Loved it🙏🙏🙏
SUPER SUPER PODCAST !!!!
I want to thank you both for this podcast! It seems like two buddies just having a chat and I feel like I’m right there at the table with you both!!!
The best two podcasters (they’re more than that) to watch
❤ hearing Dr. Huberman speak the part speaking on how he relates to animals is lovely
If only all content was as beneficial and informative as this format, It would be a different world
Listening to this BECAUSE it is between 2-3pm and I needed a pick me up!! Oh the irony. Love learning this
I'm one of those people who doesn't need sleep, I think it was an adaption from time in the Navy.
Underrated comment
So how much do you sleep now? That's actually crazy.
He loves Lex, every podcast I've listened to him recently, and he's practically swooning over the man.... naaaaaaahw! Bro love!
Love you Lex! 🤗💕
Who is Lex? What is his shtick?
As a fellow Podcast host, your ability to communicate is very inspiring Chris! 😊
Ty Chris for the new longevity video. I do hope LEV is possible
Love listening to these two.
Huberman is awesome, he is excellent at explaining things for the rest of us and he does it so well. The latest science and knowing he believes in God means I know he isn’t trying to shove some random theory in his science. He sticks with what is
Gratitude gratitude for better better days
My favourite podcast ever 🫡
What a great show. Thank you for the honesty and integrity (although i don’t know the challenges faced with the media). Love that you reminded me to say a prayer today as well as all the other good stuff I’m integrating into my health.
Andrew Huberman has the best disclaimers ever
Watching Andrew nerd out is the best
I’m 6 months away from my 30th birthday. I have always been a morning person, even since I was a child. I’d wake up hours before the rest of the house. These days I’m asleep by 9, and wake up at 4-4:30am, no alarm clock (there’s a 5am one as a fail safe, but it’s never needed). Between waking up in general throughout the night or getting up to pee, I sleep on average 5.5-6.5 hours, and feel great. I try and sleep longer, because I wouldn’t mind 8 hours, but the minute my eyes open, I am wide awake, ready for the day.
One of my favorite podcast episodes ever, thank you both for this!!
I read this as "Breaking Bad" habits and now I'm studying Walter White as a self-help course. Thank you, Chris!
Regardless of what the media liars preach, about you or any target, the truth will be known and you know you are a cherished part of our family
Dr. Huberman, I love that you brought up Erickson, he gets so overlooked in today's discussions. I also think one scholar that really gets us to an "adult" way of reasoning is Chickering.
You're a truly remarkable person Andrew.
As always, appreciate the incredible content Chris and Andrew ❤
I'm on the other side of the planet, but this resonates so much. Thank you for this video ❤️
I also can't stop thinking about who is more beautiful, Chris or Dr. Andrew Huberman 😄
This episode is a wonderfully positive caffeine-fuelled advert for Neutonic. Love it!
Well now that you said that I can't stop thinking about
n e u t o n i c 😅😅
This podcast was phenomenal. Thank you Chris and Andrew.
Huberman is a boss. Absolute brute of a gentleman
Dr. Huberman's and Chris's voices on slower speed = perfect sound soother ❤❤
Great conversation! Thank you both.
I like to use both of you two for improving my health. I'm 60 and my grandkids have me on the Baby Seals program and I can't tap out!
Jesus, the production level on this, magnificent!
I love science but I don't like how it's used in today's society. We often don't need science to support our intuition for changes that need to be made.
Love what you speak about Andrew- your REAL ✨✨✨✨✨
Thanks Chris for putting this together
I have been listening to Andrew for a few yrs now and saw him in Melbourne in February. Loved it
Love listening
Unfortunately there are arseholes in the world🙄🙄Sorry they came for you Andrew you rock 🎉🎉🎉
Love you also Chris ✨✨
Overwhelming with wisdom here, love you guys both more!
i got sleepy just watching this 😴😴💤💤
This was an absolute treat to listen to!
I can't imagine living in the past like Andrew for 50 YEARS! I'm 26 and already looking to the present and future. He really must have had a hard time...
My two favorite podcasters!
