Thank you so much for your review!. If only I had come across it BEFORE I travelled from Australia to Europe for Christmas with the complete set of Delaney Chatelet Luggage. I have saved up and bought the items during the sales. It is just so gorgeous. I can attest to the fact that the beautiful white luggage does get black scuff marks all over it without a cover. I am about to clean them now. Another note with this luggage is that the luggage tags can come off in transit, so perhaps secure them even more. I am hunting for a replacement tag now 😊. Thanks again.

I’ll definitely order for my Mark and Graham terminal 1 white luggage set… they get all scuffed up after my travels. I use mister clean scrubbing pads to clean them. It works but you have to put some elbow grease into it. Thanks for the info. I will contact the company to see if they customize for my luggage.

Love this suitcase, I’m against the fence as I saw another review and I notice the wheels cover and plastic from luggage to where the wheels are held together and lock change color (yellowish). Kind of like a pair of white sneakers. With the side of the sole being yellow. Did anything like that happened to your luggage set? Thanks great review.
How does TSA open the protector, would they not zip it back up correctly? The ones I saw have Velcro at the bottom which helps with that. I am just trying to figure out which one to get. Thanks for the info.

yes! There's no way i'd check it without the cover.
I just received mine, have you had an issue with the handle skipping the 1st position telescoping up and then back down? It seems like you have to go very slow so it locks in place. Anything

Delsey should also make protector clear bags...I’m surprised they didn’t think of this when deciding to make a white suitcase. Mo’Money for them!!

Good review. Maybe, I should get the brown one instead. The white one is only white for a couple weeks or with constant care.
This video is almost 6 years old. Would you still recommend the Delsey luggage? Has it held up over the years if you’ve taken a lot of trips?

I have this suitcase! The carry on and the medium size one. Contemplating on getting the one that goes under your seat with rollers. For that ill get brown since they only make it in fabric, not in a hard case. I think your plastic cover is a nice fit. I flew from California to North Dakota twice and my cream Delsey like yours got dirty however with very light rubbing (sliding it on carpet as I go thru my suitcase) it rubbed the scuffs off! I was shocked! No water, no soap! Lol. Hope it's easy to clean each time!😀

@@ITSAGOLDENLIFESTYLE yes the back pack is so cute! I just wish the one under the seat had more outside compartments since it will be used as my personal Item (purse) while traveling. There is just 1 outer zip pocket on the front. Fyi the Delsey under the seat luggage is on sale now at Macys for $219.99 and then you can use a coupon to bring it down another $55 bucks. Today is the last day to get it at that price if I'm not mistaken. I'm still contemplating. I wish it was more practical....but it's so pretty! 😍
Magic marker works like a charm! FYI: I also used it on a very small (but still annoying) scuff mark on the canvas of my LV Neverfull. The LV SA told me not to and to keep using an eraser but that was not getting the job done. Plus, the scuff mark wasn’t that big and it worked!

I really love my luggage still. Have t had any problems and the clear cover has saved it. I’m going to look up the other luggage you mentioned.

Help! I had ordered the covers from Carry Care of California. I just purchased a few more pieces of Delsey luggage and I need to order more covers. It appears that Carry Care of California is no longer in business. Have you found another company that makes the clear covers for Delsey luggage?

I also have the 24inch Delsey Chatelet also, so the 27877 from Carrycare of California fits it perfectly, even though it says it is for the Delsey Helium. Can you remember which style you purchased for the Delsey Chatelet carryon. Like someone else who has commented, they are difficult to contact. I just wish they would answer their facebook messages and emails.

My 400.00 London Fog Cambridge 29 inch spinner that I used for the first time on my vacation this week was absolutely disrespected by American Airlines. My BRAND NEW suite case was given back to me looking like they actually drugged my bag behind the plane 🤬 I'll buy a new one and get luggage protectors for all my bags.

I also cleaned my luggage with mild soap and warm water, but it still has scuff marks. Any suggestions?
I used bicarbonate of soda with lemon juice and the scuff marks disappeared

Carry care of California seems to have closed their business as of FEB of 2023. Too bad would have like to have had a custom cover.

Hi Paul Carry Care California says temporarily closed on Google. But I’d suggest emailing them. That’s how I talked to them in the past.
