- Trying out my new luggage covers! Traveling with fabric cases can be quite a gamble when it comes to keeping your bags looking as good as new. I learned this the hard way, and after recently cleaning my suitcases, these protective covers were a must have for my upcoming trip. I ordered the XL for my large suitcase, the L for my medium case, and the M (which was unfortunately too big- I recommend S) for my small case.

I'm also happy to report after traveling with these, they definitely helped to protect my cases from all the dirt and grime checking your bags can bring.
I hope you find this video helpful! Be sure to leave a comment with any questions you might have!
Thanks for watching!

I didnt know these existed until your video! Getting some! Thank you! Great videos, short and to the point, and well done!👍😊
Thanks! I'm really glad you found the video helpful!
Just started looking into this. What are your thoughts on the custom print ones? I was thinking to print my picture on the front and back of the sleeves.
Just happened on your video and wow, I just bought the same rose gold luggage and love it! But it got very dirty on my recent flight. So thanks for cleaning tips and covers. I will def use.
Ah great! So glad the videos were helpful to you!
I love luggage covers
😂 me too
The covers double as a jumpsuit... hahah so good
When the clubs reopen you know I’ll be rocking this new look 😂😂😂
TheJessiVlog that and the Gucci goggles, you’ll be on the runway 😂
@@brandtparks oh just you wait!!
Hi and thanks for your video! I'd like to ask you about the material of the covers, do you think it's important to pay attention which material is my cover made of? Are some materials better in protection of the luggage than others?
Hi! These are a spandex/polyester blend and I haven’t had any problems with them. I like that they are stretchy so they fit my bags when I expand them. I have seen some covers that are more of a solid plastic (like a raincoat almost) but it doesn’t look like they stretch to fit so that’s why I chose these! Plus I love that they are machine washable
Looking for covers and cane across your video. Do you still have them? How do you feel about them a few years later?
Yes I still have them and use them every time I travel! I wash them after each use as well and they have held up great! Plus so helpful for spotting you luggage at the airport :)
What did they look after traveling? Did they fall apart?
No actually they have held up time and time again! They were a little dirty, but I just throw them in the washing machine and they’re almost like new 🙂 I’ve used them on about 7 or 8 flights now and they’re awesome
Lovely videos ❤ , Appericiate your work #keepshining #lovefromindia
Thanks so much! 🥰
Following you on instagram too ❤@@TheJessiVlog
I can’t imagine the airlines allowing bags to be checked with those covers on them. My bags are almost always opened and inspected before flights. The people doing that will not want to remove and replace covers. Please let us know how this goes when you check bags.
The covers you chose are beautiful, and I like the idea of protecting my new luggage (looks just like yours!). Happy travels!
Hey there! I haven't had any troubles checking these bags with their covers on, I have used them on American Airlines, Delta, Virgin, United and British without any problems. I fly quite frequently too :) When these bags are laying down (say when they are going through the X-rays) it's super easy to unzip the covers, slide them up, and get into the bags without having to completely remove the covers from the bag. I also have a friend who has the same covers in a different pattern and hasn't had any issues either. Hope this helps!
thats a good point.
GREAT
Thanks!! ☺️
@@TheJessiVlog WELCOME.
Have you had any problems w/these covers "disappearing" when you get your bags from the luggage carousel at the airport? On a recent trip one lock was gone as well as a luggage strap. Had to buy a new lock at the hotel gift shop $$$
This is what I want to know in reference to the luggage covers.
Oh no! I haven’t experienced this before, sorry to hear that happened to your lock and strap!
Yup they are cute but needed to explain why they are needed
Hello! The main purpose is to help keep the luggage clean (this is somewhat of a follow up video from how I cleaned my luggage after they got dirty traveling). The covers are machine washable, whereas the luggage itself requires hand washing, so they save time and the life span of my cases. Another thing is that these covers make it a lot easier to find my cases when on the carousel at an airport because they are so colorful :) hope that helps!
It's cute, until you needed to grab a sweater or something you need in the luggage. I think it's a bit excessive.
I only have the covers on them when I'm checking my bags, like on an airplane, to prevent them from getting dirty :) they're super helpful if you fly a lot and want to keep your cases looking new! I keep the covers off otherwise!
@@TheJessiVlog So with the cover, you keep the luggage looking new, and no one sees that they are because of the cover over the luggage?
I am confused as to what you are trying to accomplish.
@@bugwar5545 mostly just for checking luggage onto airplanes where they get the most scuffed and damaged in the hold. It helps to prevent them getting dirty or torn up, but I wouldn't use the covers when not checking a bag in the hold, like on a train or car trip. Just good for longevity of the cases in my opinion! :)
