    I agree, more knee, friendly exercises and ones that don’t require getting up and down off of the floor. Not everybody has young knees.

    What about people that had it torn retina? I don’t like all the head bobbing with kettle bell what do you think about that if you have sensitive eyes and retina?

    Hey Dr., what strength exercises can I do while I have bursitis in my knee, which causes swelling? I have tried doing squats and lunges which I know are extremely good for me, but I feel they are making the issue worse

    Great video!
    I can't do a plank. I had abdominal surgery years ago. When I go into a plank or push up it feels like puns and needles around my scar. What would be an effective belly fat workout where I can get away from planks?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to spot-reduce fat on our bodies as doing ab/core work only works the muscles underneath the fat and does very little to remove the fat.     Do you've something specific for women in Peri-menopause/menopause? I don't think very many women in this stage of their life can do the burpees, jumping rope and dynamic planks, especially with extreme body changes. So please share something specific for such women. Thanks

    Are all these exercises safe for those with diastatsis recti?

      Unfortunately no. Those with DR should look to perform movements that cause a drawing in of the core, instead of more explosive movements that cause a pushing out.       Hey thanks for writing in! The amount of weight will vary per individual as your fitness level plays a big role. However, our average member uses around 5kg-9kg for single-handed movements (or double that for dual-handed movements).

    Why do you recommend this exercise? I am not against strength training exercises, it is important to keep muscles strong. But women don't want volume they want very lean long muscles. Why don't we try to train the muscles that usually don't work and balance our posture? Ballet exercises usually activate the muscles that were not used before, producing very lean muscles and most of the population can work on gradually the perfection of the motions forever. Exercise like you show involves muscles that are already strong enough for the majority of the population and they don't need to increase them. Diet is the major contributor to weight loss.
