Same here, I don't get perfect sleep but use schools aftercare program please (of course once they're 5 and go to kg) we night shift mommas sometimes think too much about money saving and the kids....they'll be fine until 6 or 5, of course I pick mine up earlier when possible but I sometimes push myself to sleep...I wanna be a healthy old lady not a great dead mom..... I always think about my patients and think that will be me one day so I am always trying to do better😊

I’m 55 and in pretty good shape although I’ve never worked out with weight much, so I was looking at your full body workout twice a week and the mrt workout you discuss here. Great question! The MRT version is more suited for changing your body composition while the other is more for strength/muscle preservation. So ideal you would do at least 2 MRT and 1 Strength, but can really crank it up with 3 MRT if you'd like. Carb is what gives us energy ! So,eliminating it doesn't make sense ! So glad that you said not to get rid of all carbs ,but reduce it . And if you can go for matcha ,not green tea ,because it's got millions more potents / nutrients including catechin ,etc.!! But,just 2 cups a day ( one - half or a tea spoonful of matcha powder .Or 2 gms of powder w 70 gms of 💧 ) .If more,it can damage your liver . Don't exceed more than 2 teaspoons of matcha ! 🍵💜🥁🐉🎤🎶💞
Be careful, though, as some people react badly to matcha and green tea. It can quickly give them kidney pain and kidney stones. I got kidney pain after just a few days on matcha.....two cups per day. I was so bummed because I loved it. If you get sharp back pain, under the shoulder blades, with Matcha, stop drinking it. You are one of these people.

Great question! Fiber is a type of carb and not all carbs are created equal. Your body can't break down the fiber so you can actually remove the fiber total from the total carb amount to come up with a "net" amount. That is the amount you are truly after. Best of luck! -The FMP Team

Oatmeal isn’t a healthy carb? Why? I add 2 tablespoons of oats to my chia pudding about 4 times weekly. It fills me for about 4 hours.
It breaks down as glucose
Also oats are highly sprayed with chemicals that Can not only kill bugs and weeds but also humans!!! Think about it!
That’s why I eat organic and gluten free oats.
