I hate this so much about Dhar Mann videos. In one video you'll have people almost murdering each other, or actually fake another person's death (like in that iPhone 14 video) and the worst punishment they'll get is a slap on the wrist. Then you watch another video where Mikey (or whatever his name is) tries to skip a test and he gets all heck released on him.

Like a football team who doesn't even have enough players to fill every position turning away players because that player is a vegetarian who's like 5 pounds lighter than anyone else. Especially because they laugh at "being fast" when that's a really important part of some skill positions, it's arguably more important for some positions then how much you can bench. We played on Base and if you pulled some shit like this, you would be PT'd to death. And everyone would hate the guy responsible for it, for the rest of practice. The only person I can recall the team hating, was a guy who didn't put in effort, made excuses, never took accountability, and had a nasty fucking attitude. And even then, we didn't try and hurt him, we'd just call him out on his bullshit.

When I was a senior there was a "bench press" bragathon we had to see who can bench the most as a playful thing
When my brother tried to bench 270 without a spotter it cut his chin and was on his neck the captain qb of the football team ran to get the weight off of him and the captain center of the football team got it off of him asked if he was ok and took him to the hospital he was never mocked nor insulted for not being able to lift it
That was in 98 , as August said , there's a bad stereotype of football players in highschool, is there ribbing and joking around yes but not toxic
I think varsity blues was the closest to how the football locker rooms were , but the coach in movie wasn't accurate he wouldn't be that much of an asshole

Definitely the most inaccurate, but not the worst. The two Dhar Mann videos that come to mind that claim that trophy are the ones about autistic people and deaf people. In the one regarding autism, the best he taught children is that those with autism are to be taken advantage of, rather than being treated with respect, because they have super mathematic abilities. As for the one with the deaf student, when one student said Nico (the deaf student) should be in Special Ed, the teacher said something along the lines of "Nico is very smart", which implies that those with special needs are stupid according to the video. Dhar Mann isn't just changing lives, he's also telling children awful messages.

And one glance at a provided diagram on the page shows that, yes, they seem to be intended to stay off to the sides, away from the main chaos.
Also just read: “On passing plays, the receiver attempts to *avoid, outmaneuver, or simply outrun* the cornerbacks or safeties typically defending him.”
Just a quick read on a Wikipedia page was enough to show that Dhar Mann absolutely didn’t do his research; that he didn’t even bother to do quick Wikipedia reads as his research.
