What happens after a complaint/report? jane files a complaint against Jill and police interviews Jill and Jill is free to go? Can Jill ask for the police report at the station and won't be detained?
Jill will get a redacted version If Jill gains or has a attorney, then the representative of Jill can get the full report if it's non violent If violence occurs then address and contact info to the victim and witnesses will always be redacted If they are redacting standard reports. . . . . They are probably doing shady stuff with reports and arrests/detainment for citations
I'm having trouble understanding what the point is for filing a police report if it can't even be used in court to really do anything. So why would somebody file a police report anyways
Theft Beyond that, why use third party? But if something is stolen, you definitely want a floating document that states "x object of y description was taken on date z" cuz now when you claim someone is in possession of that object there is floating proof property was taken
Required. No Supplemental information that *could* be useful or used against you. Yes "Oh you live in a high crime area, so why were you here?" If cops need information, the court will get it or obtain you for questions 😂
