-i am currently on a no sugar diet so it may affect my results? :)
🌸day 1: i felt pumped to do this workout, it made me sweat alot but it was simple
🌸day 2: my legs were sore so i did some of the workouts wrong, i still sweat
🌸day 3: still a bit sore so i didnt do some workouts right, sweat a bit today. i think im getting used to this!! (mentally)
🌸day 4: it was easier to do, i wasnt sore any longer. i think my body has gotten used to this now! (physically)-i still sweat hehe
🌸day 5: honestly didnt feel like doing it today because im on my menstrual cycle but i pushed through. i did a LOT better than ive been doing before, i feel really flexible. i did sweat. i also have noticed my belly fat has been going down

Hi Aya, these will help. You just need to stay consistent and make sure to take proper rest days. The results will be quicker than if you overtrain and under eat. X
