    Loved the "no-repeat" workout...helps with mental susceptibility...I ended up doing this twice...loved the warm up! Also, it feels so darn good when you do a burpee and it wasn't so bad after all....definitely getting stronger and mentally tougher. Thanks guys!

    Please make more Stubborn Fat Attack workouts like this one. The length was sustainable, and the no-repeat format enabled me to push further mentally and physically. Great workouts as always!

    Thank you so much for the stretching afterwards! I did one of your other 20 minute workouts and finished with this! It was totally doable. I modified moves for my knees but it’s all good!!! Thanks again

    Im struggling post Covid. The virus destroyed a lot of my fitness. This was perfect as I'm easing back into it. I'll get back to where I was one day at a time.

      Hiya, I’m using 7.5kg each hand here. Try using a weight that you can move safely and maintain good form but is also challenging for you. This would be a weight that you begin to fatigue towards the end of the exercise. Because this is Hiit format you don’t need to go crazy heavy, you may want to mix up the weights based on the exercise to make it more effective and challenging for you. 💪🔥
