Loved the "no-repeat" workout...helps with mental susceptibility...I ended up doing this twice...loved the warm up! Also, it feels so darn good when you do a burpee and it wasn't so bad after all....definitely getting stronger and mentally tougher. Thanks guys!

Hiya, I’m using 7.5kg each hand here. Try using a weight that you can move safely and maintain good form but is also challenging for you. This would be a weight that you begin to fatigue towards the end of the exercise. Because this is Hiit format you don’t need to go crazy heavy, you may want to mix up the weights based on the exercise to make it more effective and challenging for you. 💪🔥
