Thanks for the video, always good too be able to see how things look BEFORE you start a job... Helps cut down on the headaches you get during!
Personally i wouldn't go to all the trouble of getting the bearing off and replacing it + the ABS ring, and NOT replace the sensor while i was already in there. The sensor is like 10 pounds, so i'd just tear it out and put in a new one while i was already in there, and that way i'd know that the problem was definitely fixed and that i won't have to go back in there again in the forseeable future. That's just me though. If money was tight and the priority was to get it fixed as absolutely cheaply as possible, then i understand why you might take a chance on leaving the old one in.
    Cheers!

Always "TAF " 😂😂😉👍👍 those bolts Sandy, if I do rear discs on a vw range car eg passat or audi etc , I wont even bother try undoing the caliper carrier bolts, as not nice to access and made of cheese , I undo the main bolt , pull the bearing forward and the disc comes off easy peasy, great video showing the functionality of the speed sensors , these bearings dont like crust , it just eats the magnetic ring and takes a chunk out every time as you know , thread lock is good for assembly, but not good for us to take off 😂😂
