Thanks Tony you have just saved me hours of banging head on my workbench trying to work out what I'm doing wrong.
Me too!
This is almost an answer to a prayer. I had something I really wanted to engrave but my bed was not as big as the sample that I saw. I tried to change the size, only to be pixelated, a lot. Thank you very much for sharing a great and rather easy idea. Please take care and be safe.
Thank you and your welcome.
Thanks, Thanks ,Thanks, a lot for this video. I'm new owner of a Ortur Master 2 Pro and new to laser and was having a lot of problems with Vectoring on Lightburn. U save my day.
I am so glad I found this video! Thank You! I will do some practice burns today. Trying to figure out what to make people for Christmas! Also, a local woodworking club asked me to engrave some projects for them. This will help.
Tony, you rock. Thanks .
Awesome video...just what I was looking for!! thank you Sir!
great video bro. thanks for the info
This is the best tutorial I have seen converting a png to SVG thank you?😁🛫
Thank you! This was a great, easy to follow tutorial!
Thank you!
Great tips 🙌
This was so helpful. Thanks !!
Thank you man❤
Great Video! Thank you!!
Thanks thank you that was a big help
Really like your info video here, a lot. Really helped. But I gotta ask, you're the first one in LightBurn that I seen with a bunch of colored boxes 1-29. What are those? I'm curious.
Hi and Thank you. The color boxes are Layers. They are standard with lightburn. Make sure your window is maximized or in Lightburn go to "Window" and make sure "Cut Palette" is checked".
@@TonyPaolillo Oh man I feel like an idiot lol. Yeah I'm new to LightBurn, and I forgot to hit the maximize button as the window was barely under the task bar. I see it now. Thanks!
Just downloaded Lightburn, but "fill in line" isn't available to me... am I missing something?
Great tutorial, how would I take a PNG image of a tree and put a W over the tree so that it engraved the tree by rastering but not the W. I want the W to be forward green etc. 🙌
Thank you
When importing image its grey ???? thanks again great video
Slow down and able is where you are clicking. Can’t see the tiny mouse on a phone
Gracias, no se hablar ingles, pero observando entendí bien!
When I hid the original image and chose fill for the SVG, the entire background of the square filled in, not the SVG. What did i screw up?
The second line in cuts/layers never showed up when I tried this at home. Maybe I didn't "CLICK" on something..watching your video again. I clicked OK after TRACE image and no second line. Do I need to select a colored layer square at the bottom of the screen for the second line?
thanks, Im having issue with trace on small stars in a Punisher skull. It just wont get sharp points. Any ideas?
Hello Tony, first, thanks for the video.
I'm having a problem with a drawing (vector) I made at Corel Draw, I converted to PNG and imported it on Lightburn.
The problem is as follows: When you draw, for example, a square on Lightburn with two passages and, when we use the Preview window, the simulator simulates the laser traveling the four square lines and does for the second time.
But in my drawing (vector), the simulator, instead of walking all the lines successively and, after, doing it again for the second time and stopping, it simulates each piece of line twice and then, goes on. So is my drawing wrong? Could you kindly take a look at my drawing? Thanks
Hi Dan, sure I can take a look. It sounds like a layer setting by how it will be run such as burn “grouping” first, etc. shoot me an email at support@cncupgrades.com and I’ll take a look. I’m sure we can get it straight pretty quickly.
Hi Tony, I did some "juggling", converting the original file to PNG and opened it in LightBurn and it worked. But whatever, I'll get in touch with you ok? Thank you very much
Thanks for the vidéo! god knows why I can't feel the image once is don, I tryed with several images, to vector works fine but when I whant to fill it it dosn't change anything, any ideas? Thanks :)
What do you mean you can feel it?
@@TonyPaolillo fill sorry ^^ but I found How to do it thanks :)
I have a image with only text but it is in line mode(hollow) I want to fill (solid letter) how can this be done?
Hi, you first trace the image and then change your layer to “Fill”.
Little too fast. We need to Focus where you are clicking and lesson.
