    "FPS Coach Flicking"
    "FPS Coach Swiping"

I have created a routine to do all of your aim lab playlists before I go to sleep just to see the improvements that would result from this training in my aim, it was also the last week of Act II in Valorant and I was a hard stuck diamond 1. I managed to reach Immortal 1 in the end of this act and saw massive improvements in my aim. Your aim training was one of the biggest reasons of my improvement in FPS and thank you so much for it!

Believe it or not the Starfighter Assault mode in star wars battlefront 2 is a great way to go through ever varying smoothing motions with frequent opportunities to utilize little micro adjustments onto the next target with your fingertips at the end of each tracking/smoothing motion, it's also great repetition for actively trying to keep your grip more relaxed and not too tense as generally you track fairly predictable sweeping lines then make a small adjustment with your fingertips to aim at the next target. Super casual game but that mode is actually kind of great for repeatedly performing smooth accurate laid-back motions.

@itsallaboutwins eat more healthy fats and veggies. Try fasting 12-16 hours between meals. You'll feel the difference after several days as your gut bacteria grows into that which processes healthy fibres/fats. Also try to minimise soda and desserts and the like.
As sleep is important also, improve your sleep by eating 2-3 hours before shut-eye time. This will aid your body into completely shutting down as its not forced to process food in your stomach whilst you enter sleep.

There are so many things I did not know. Thanks for this video. I have to proggresively augment my dpi for Apex, while keeping my in-game sensitivity at 1.8 (was at 1.5 when I started a year ago). I am at 850, but it feels a little bit too fast. At 800, it feels a bit too slow.
I also do not have a super huge mouse pad. I have one like what is in the video. And my gaming laptop is right next to my mousepad. My desk's size is a 100cm x 60cm. So I have to manage between having a slow enough sens to be able to track targets and flick properly, and having a fast enough sens for movements and 180s.
Finally, I need to get better at tracking. I tend to lose focus on my target. My brain reacts late. And I physically have poor flexibility in my right wrist when going to the right.

Appreciate the information. I'd like to see a video comparing the aim trainer sessions to Call of Duty. I'm getting good progress on flicks, which is helping with quick scoping. The issue I'm having with any shooting drills is that it's basically all hip fire. If I ADS, the gun is so big that blocks most of the screen. All the targets also disappear with a single shot, and that doesn't mirror real gameplay situations. Any helpful tips are appreciated on best drills for ADS training for Call of Duty style FPS.

is see so many comments saying "why am i worse in the actual game then i am in aim trainer?" here are few reasons why.
You dont have game sense and have been relying on aim trainers for EVERYTHING
Your game will be slower paced then aim trainers
You haven't been doing warm-ups or touch ups on your aim with aim trainer but literally waring yourself out instead
and some tips to do after suing aim trainer or while using one.
Try using the game features after aim training (as in using bots and custom steam workshop maps)
Enjoy your game after playing aim trainer because everyone seems to get furious when their aim isn't the same in game as it was in the aim trainer, if you start raging you will lose control and might end up being mad for the rest of the day (nobody likes that)
    anyways hoped it kinda helped

thank u for the informative video. I was wondering when is the best time to go through these playlists, should I use them as a warmup (before a game) or as training (at night while I am not actually playing)...sry if someone asked this questions before but I wanted to know and I can't go through the 669 comments already. Thank you again for your time.

the way i get the same sensitivity between games is by figuring the distance it takes for me to make a 360, then i try to mimic the distance in another game

Can you make a posture and setup review esque video like you did with s1mple but with tenZ? He’s lit the valorant scene on fire.. somehow changes sens daily , changed his sens “82 times” in the last tournament but all the while earned highest combat score average of the last 4 tournaments lol

Hey Man, looks like the swiping playlist you uploaded is just a copy of the smoothing playlist, maybe uploaded incorrectly? Also you can edit the weapon used for each task before uploading the playlist, tasks like the sniper shots are defaulting to the glock.
    Love the content!

This routine is awesome and I just did the whole playlist (I have a lot of work to do) but it got me thinking. Would you recommend playing one level after another and just playing through the playlist like normal everytime or if I feel like I could improve my aim in a certain area would you recommend replaying that specific level more than once?

I used to be called dumb and stupid for using aim trainers. But here I am furthering my progress in being top 1.5% in the world with 157 clicks in 30 seconds, of course there are better people than me; But I am more ambitious to become the first dynamic and most advanced versatile certified personal coach. Highly enthuastic about what I do and how I'm willing to spend time to study and learn to teach more players how to be more faster, precise, and optimal in their gameplay.

Question: Is it true some people flick with their arm? Or should I always be using smaller wrist movements, and reserving my arm movements for swiping motions?

People with low sens flick with their arm when their wrist flick is out of range

My anatomy is actually weird and I have no adjustable chair and table so when I try to get good vertical motion I gotta lift my arm a bit to make it easier but my shoulder aches so I bet if I get an adjustable chair and table my elbow will then be relative to the height of my table and mousepad, anyone who has these problems please reply and let me know what you guys struggle with too, thanks :)
Note: I have been practicing and my aim has gotten a lot better when I learned how to track people at point-blank range with my arm, and track people from far away with my wrist.

Is it okay that I'm moving my wrist a little when doing micro motions? Thanks for the tips I can't believe I'm just finding your channel :)

Hey Rambo!!I know destiny is not a competitive shooter but can you give some tips or something. And also, is it necessary to keep practicing with aim trainings like Kovacs forever or it better to play the game at some point?
