Hello Zuzka I follow mostly of your workout videos! they are so amazing I get tired and sitisf, these workouts are so functional, I've trained gymnastics arts and are complementary and so hard like gymnast trainig. Keep those videos rolling cuz I love effort! I love to see how you have evolved, thank you for your videos! I'm not that strong than you but i can complete your routines x 3!!!

Thank you Zuzka! I enjoyed this workout. The push ups were very hard to do, I could not keep up with you. However, the other exercises in the plank I could keep up, minus the heel touch/toe touch, my hands kept slipping because they were sweaty. I look forward to doing this one again in the future. In highschool I followed your channel religiously, and the last 2 years of college I really haven't, I thought a 3 mile walk with a 10 pound vest was enough (I also work 2 very active jobs). I got a rude awakening that I put on 25 pounds in 2 years and decided to jump back on, at least 2 of your workouts a week, and I just died. I modified everything because 1 rep each side was all I could do, I can't even do 5 full sit-ups. I'm ashamed of myself.
Hey Zuzka random question: have you ever heard of or considered taking parkour? With your fitness level, I think you'd be great at it. If you heard of it, what are your thoughts on it?
OMG!!! I think I have graduated from bunny slope! This was super hard but I kept up for the most part. Question is 15 minutes a day enough to get a lean body?
Yes it is. : ) I have had complete success with just 10-20 minutes 4-5 times a week! I think the key is just consistency. In my experience, if you can stay consistent with working out (even just 10 minutes a day), a better diet will follow naturally, and everything falls into place on its own. Well done for beating this one! My abs are dead..!
your thoughts on the debate regarding sit-ups over extend the spine resulting in the hips sloping forward. should ab exercises always be done in conjunction with lower back?

Gymnastics is safer and more aesthetically pleasing.
Howard Lam True, but less practical than parkour as the latter focuses and practical movement through the city.
If I could give this workout a thumbs up every time it has demolished my abs-there would be at least an additional 1000👍and ♥️.
