I was looking for a hotel workout while traveling for the military. I stumbled across this and thought, why not! I worked out along with her and it was a lot harder than I expected. Subscribed!
Just did this and it was AMAZING. Had to pause several times, but I can already tell my body will benefit from this. So nice mixing things up by doing your crazy workouts. My body was getting too used to my regular worouts

She works out like any normal human. she get's tired and she keeps going. she get's out of breath like any of us and still keeps going. Am I the only one who enjoyed the background music? I did recognize Extraordinary girl from Green Day and I kinda like it while you are doing your Zwow Zuzka! I haven't done this workout yet but I tried the Cross body moutain climbers. This one is really hard!! And I'm really impressed that you keep good form until the end of the workout.

I actually like the addition of music. I don't know how people can workout without it. Your workouts are awesome! And yes its all about what you eat. I gain weight when I start eating everything I want but portion control and healthy choices are the way to go. Keep it up Z!

Completely agree!! The music is so generic, and it is repetitive and distracting, too. I much prefer the workout with no music; if people want music with it, they can play their own, like you do! I'm just glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. And of course, the workout was fantastic..

After using ZWOW 58 for my warm-up I was able to complete this in 15:31 and it feels awesome. Thanks Zuzka for the workout!!!
