    Tried this at the office while my boss stepped out. Best way to keep active in an environment where you mostly just run up and down the stairs. Keep this coming Zuzka

    Breakdown
    20 seconds, max reps
    10 seconds Rest after each set
    5 minutes, Total
    Repeat once
    1. Jump Lunge
    2. Transformer to Shoulder Tap
    3. Jump Squat to Knee Up
    4. Donkey Kick to Shoulder Press
    5. Competition Burpee
    Repeat round (1 time)

    Thank you Zuzka! I completed this workout twice thru for a total of 10 minutes. I kept up with you the majority of the time. I did trail slightly behind on the donkey shoulder press. I did good. I keep mis spelling words and I barely remember what I said in the short progress video for instragram i recorded right after. mission completed for today! Lots of burning in the legs and arms and core and sweaty. have a great day! :D

    Zuzka, why do jump lunges hurt so bad? Seriously, I can do all the others easily but those get me five in.

    Hi! LOOOOOOVE YOUR WORKOUTS!!! BUT WHY DO YOU NEED TO W/OUT IN YOUR BIKINI?? YOUR BODY IS PERFECT WITH YOUR CUTE W/OUT CLOTHES ON.
