Thank you Zuzka! I completed this workout twice thru for a total of 10 minutes. I kept up with you the majority of the time. I did trail slightly behind on the donkey shoulder press. I did good. I keep mis spelling words and I barely remember what I said in the short progress video for instragram i recorded right after. mission completed for today! Lots of burning in the legs and arms and core and sweaty. have a great day! :D
