- This is the first workout in my brand new series that is all about the butt. We'll be focusing on shaping up your glutes with the most effective exercises and as a bonus you'll get a weekly homework for every single day for super fast results. I wish there was an adequate way to say thank you...repeatedly. I ALWAYS come back to Zuzka workouts. ALWAYS. 6 years later....here I am. :) COVID-10, being housebound with caregiving for my dad who has demential...these workouts make a difference. For my mental health the MOST...and also for my body.
Just the best combination of cardio, core, strength and excellent advice..I've joined the Zgym because I can train anywhere and because it's addictive. It only requires a bit of discipline, learn the moves before starting the workouts and adapt the pace, self adjust! My waist is trimming fast and I've spent hours at the gym with no similar effect

Just an awesome workout, Zuzka has been my workout seer for nearly 10 years and helped me lose tons of lbs. Recommend doing one of her full 6 week programs if you want to see results fast
I'm so glad that you actually show us your a real athlete in this video who doesn't breeze thru each exercise like there's no challenge or struggle....you keep it real, I appreciate that - "no pains no gains" :-D
One of my favorite glute workouts. Ive done it many times over the last few years. I did it again yesterday and I’m so sore today 😆.
Totally agree with everything nlovelace wrote. The workout breakdowns in the past zgym videos was one of the reason I stayed with zuzka rather than others.

I have your exact frame/build but without any muscle tone. I am an endurance runner with some strong quads but weak hamstring and glutes. I am also at least twice your age😣 I never heard of you until I found you on UA-cam and I must say that you have the most toned, but still feminine body that I have ever seen. You are an inspiration! Let the gossipers and jealous people spawn their poison, you deserve respect for your fitness achievements

Thank you Zuzka! This was a very hard workout. I kept up with you and I used two 8 lb dumbbells and just used one 8 lb dumbbell for kettlebell swings. I tried a kettlebell swing with 30 lbs (the next size up we have) but I knew I would hurt myself with that today. I was sweating a lot. I am starting to see progress in my physical appearance and I have less of an appetite (I was eating too much for how little I was moving before). Have a fabulous day! :D

The first time i could do Just 6 minutes of this workout. Gonna try it again!
Since I don't have any dumbbell I did only second part of the workout, with the kettlebell. It took me 10 minutes to complete all 5 rounds. It was hard and I'm sure my butt will be sore tomorrow, which is nice :D Thanks Zuzka!
you should really make the lifted butt series into a dvd. i would buy it in a second.
Not everyone's a zgym member so it'll help if you had the breakdown that we can see here since this video is free for all... That would really be more convenient. Aside from that, you're a rocker Zuzka! I love your workouts!

this workout is really good for inner thigh muscle b4 I found this channel I found it very hard to find sumtn to build my inner thighs I have thunder thighs nd this hit the right spot I'm js looking for my outer thighs

Very intense for beginners. Leave this one for a couple of months later after you have built flexibility and a little bit of endurance. That way you don't get discouraged.

Nice job as always and usually I do not write anything, but as I had herniated discs - just as you did, the jumps with KB just the worst idea I can imagine. I am not sure how many people can perform that with proper posture, but even then It is a risky exercise on the discs.

Zuzka; amazing workout as usual, but I think you should have a disclaimer for people with bad knees, backs, hips, etc.
Joe Blow You are soooo right ....I suffered from by knees after been a regular marathon runner and even tough I now do much better in all kinds of manoeuvres during a workout I enjoy both high and low impact options 🙏Namaste
If you need a disclaimer then you are not very smart. Anybody should know you have to be a badass to do her workouts.
Maybe there should be another disclaimer that people should read the disclaimer and suggestion already there, to consult with a doctor before exercising, at the very beginning of this video?

Will the rest of the workouts in the series feature exercise demonstrations at the beginning? Or a written breakdown/explanation, at least??? I'd definitely consider signing up for ZGym if they were nicely organized, with a real breakdown in the beginning like the old ZWOWs! I really hate having to learn the moves and finding out number of reps as I go along with the video, because it slows down my momentum and overall time (or score, in AMRAPs).

First, the last time I did this I could hardly get out if bed 2 days later.. Everything between my waist and knees were sooo sore.. Second I did the workout again today with I think weight so I'll report back in a couple days.. Third, I think she only did 4 rounds of the last 3 exercises.. Too pooped to check right now and don't want to a 5th so probably shouldn't point it out.. Lol.. All I know is I thought I had more torture ahead and then she said these are the last exercises and they were the best words I ever herd her say
I made a bad decision and tried to give my dog a bath after doing this workout. I had to lock out my knees to stop them from shaking! I’ll be in trouble tomorrow.🔥

i've been doing your exercises for about 1 and a half months now ,and i can notice a great improvement in my physique !! :D i'd like to know how heavy a kettlebell i should use though. thanks a lot :D

Ouch... I've never seen Zuzka sweat so much in a workout. My glutes hurt just looking at it... If she's out of breath, I can't imagine what it will do to me. Trying it tomorrow, anyway.
