THIS WORKOUT IS SO HARD!!!!!!!!! I didn't realize how out of shape I'm I'm after trying this, but I'm going to keep at it. This girl is a BEAST! 💪
Okay so I actually did this workout. All exercises, 10 reps each. Between pausing and restarting the video and figuring out how to do each exercise in proper form it took me roughly 40 minutes and I would consider myself "advanced". Long story short-GREAT workout! Might be a little rough for beginners but overall very fun and very challenging! Love love love the barre moves! Xo

I’m a guy and have to say these exercises take a lot of strength. I’ve even incorporated some into my own workout. I’ll never give up barbell squats, deadlifts, and military presses. But these exercises are a great compliment. Since doing them, I have less stiffness and more energy.

I remember her videos when she would do her workouts in a room with a timer, maybe ten years ago. Hadn't seen her in awhile and one day she pops up on my UA-cam feed. Still looks amazing.

I just loved trying all these exercises. Took a while to get thru all of them in one push in part because I was trying to get the hang of some and in part because I am slow twitch and in part because I have a lot of work to do😅🤣. Have now done a couple of your you tube workouts and absolutely LOVE them.

Hi Zuzka, I just thought I'd share that I was finally able to do a pistol squat the other day because someone had suggested to me to try it while holding a weight in front of me. This seems to do the trick for some people like me who have a short torso and long legs (our weight gets centred behind our feet so we just fall backwards). It seems I will have to do your pistol squat workouts with a dumbbell if I want to be able to do them at all!
wow i thought i just sucked at pistols but even with a 5lber suddenly I can actually do them!
I know right? It's suddenly easy, like magic! I think it's important she shares this advice because I think a lot of people are feeling bad about themselves for not being able to do it even after training their butts off!

Everything demonstrated by pros were at your stage once. Start with something manageable and over time you can reach her stage.

I can’t do those either, but in my defense, I have screws and rods in my back. There’s just some stuff I can’t do because of that. I try to do core exercises I’m able to do though.
I say the average "person" NOT just girl.
I don’t have physical complications but I’m a 27 year old female who was obese for most of my life and started losing weight about 3 years ago by changing my diet and walking daily. Since, I started dabbling in joint mobility exercises and bodyweight exercises and let me tell you, I could barely do a push-up when I started (I could do a whole 10 in a row now LOL) and it was so frustrating but patience and consistency will go a long way. It won’t look the same at first but keep pushing through! I hope this helps

well if you have good shape you will eventually get bored by doing the same exercise over and over again so variety is key to not get sidetracked.
This is definately not a beginner exercise but it was never intended to be one.
I was thinking the same thing! If you can do these exercises, you are already in great shape! How about some not so advanced exercises that will lead up to being able to do these!

Hi Zuzka, do you have any idea how to avoid uterus prolapse when doing these workouts which make extreme pressure inside your Belly? Because exercises such as squats, jumps and most abs exercises push your uterus and bladder out of your body. You might not notice that before you have kids. My doctor warned me years ago, but I didn't pay attention. I continued doing your workouts, had two kids and now I am going to have a very serious operation of pelvic muscles and hysterectomy. So please, Zuzka and other girls, be careful!!!

Wow some of these are fairly advanced and great for someone who is already fit - not so much if you are a beginner but I liked to watch it for inspiration.
You make it look so easy! Did my best, but modified several moves to be easier e.g. heels were NOT raised in the wheel push-ups...already so challenging. Took close to an hour, although paused a lot especially to check hand/foot positioning on more complex "flows" where I was getting tangled haha
