When riding a dirtbike, why video is so zoomed in? Did you do it for a reason? May be manual settings?
Just considering purchase of Evo 2 for filming myself automaticly wile riding a dirtbike.
Good question. It was just standard settings. Hevent used the drone for quite a while so I am not sure if with the new firmwares the zoom in tracking mode can be adjusted

Good... Never played with a DJI 2 Zoom but have the EVO 1, and never had the chance to try the Dynamic or TRipod mode on it.. not so easy in the UK finding somewhere suitable... but you have spurred me on to have a go. So it seemed to me that the nEVO Tripod came out best for locking, Mavic good for Dynamic and EVO OK for Dynamic, I hear not quite so good on the EVO 1 either mode, however I have my EVO 2 PRO on its way this week... yeaaa.. will let you know. So which one and mode do you think came out best, although always hard to compare different manufacturers. Cheers
Appreciate the comment. One advantage of the Mavic 2 zoom over the EVo 2 is the higher speed it can keep in dynamic track and the fact that it can track from a farer distance so changes in directions are not a hard task. The Autel Evo 2 Pro seems really good for tracking cyclists and runnres, at a closer distance, and dodging obstacles.
I really like trypod track on the Evo 2. On the Mavic 2 isn't bad at all but I found it a bit more consistent on the Evo.
I like them both... hard to pick which one. Great job 👍👍👍👍👍

Autel can easily fix the tracking issue with selling a seperate mini GPS tracker device which can be hold/attached to the target biker/car/person of interest. So that way drone can synchronize with the position location of target! That way even when target goes over large distance or if the target goes inside a dense forest or crowded area it can still track the target.
Yeah, it would be nice to see gps tracker for the Evo2
with the Evo II is there any way to make it follow you without having the remote control out? ... thinking on using for dirtbiking...
I guess you need to have the rc on, no matter where you keep it and there has to be no signal obstruction. That's my guess

Can the Autel EVO 2 tracking be updated through software to become as good as DJI Mavic tracking in the future?
