  • It's another What I Eat in a Day / full day of eating video! Remember, this is just one day. We are all different and have different needs and likes. I would consider today a "not typical" day for me, but I think it's important to show how I fit in those "eat in moderation" foods.
    Weight Watchers Points, calories, and macros included. I get 23 points per day and 28 weeklies on Weight Watchers. I shoot for 130 grams of protein per day and around 1,500 calories. But please read the disclaimer below!!

    Love your channel been on WW for a long time struggle to figure out what to eat yes I see recipes but I like watching how to make it and then things click for me not sure why that happens but then I get it. Your channel is perfect for folks like me! Should there be any😂

    ❤ your channel! I just can’t eat pizza this is why I joined WW I can easily eat 3 slices and still not be satisfied along with the sliders 😢. You need to do you. I am actually as short as you are at goal over 8 years.

    hey friend loving the food choices I joined ww and been doing better on my binge eating I haven't so far been binge eating so I thankful to God for that I will continue to put him first and this ww and everything else will fall in place always love ur channel from what u eat in a day and etc. thanks Chrissy for great content don't forget the little doggie hello to u and all the family In God we trust God blesses us all!!!!!!!

    Loved your breakfast. I love low point/filling breakfasts. It really sets me up for the day. I love that you included a vegetable too.
    This week I used way more than my weeklies, but on the day I used a ton I tracked my calories and I was fine. No guilt for me!
    I don’t count my 1% cottage cheese because it literally seems like fat free. I’m in maintenance and it’s fine for me.
    I also cheat a little with my coffee creamer. I use a pack of Splenda, then a mini travel container of sugar free Splenda vanilla creamer (from Amazon), and then a splash of zero sugar vanilla creamer. 0 points. Ha. It’s probably 30 calories. I make my coffee weak though.
    I’ll have to get some bran cereal because WW has huge points for the one I like. Great grains banana.

      I love veggies with breakfast! And that's the way to do it - no guilt - and find what works for you with tracking. I know many people who don't even count anything in their coffee. That's what I love about it - we just make it work for us! :) Yeah, some of the cereals I feel WW assigns way too many points, especially when it's those good wholesome carbs!

      Hi friend! Merry Christmas!! No, I don't take collagen. I have collagen protein powder I use once in a while but don't necessarily take it for the collagen though.

      LOL Yep, it does! But I made it fit in the overall day (and this isn't a typical dinner for me, but I wanted to show even non-typical days). I used to start a What I Eat video and then if I had something considered not-so-healthy, I'd scrap the video. But I want to show transparency and that you can still make it work! 😉😊

      @@PlanningUsHealthy Absolutely agree... losing weight if you need it, is great, but eating chemicals and pesticides and artificial flavor or bad oils is the worst...risk ok cancer and inflammation all over. Eating healthy will take you to your goal!
