  • What I Eat in a Day / full day of eating video following WW but also tracking macros. Remember, this is just one day. We are all different and have different needs and likes.
    Weight Watchers Points, calories, and protein included. I get 23 points per day and 28 weeklies on Weight Watchers. I shoot for 130 grams of protein per day and around 1,500ish calories. But please read the disclaimer below!!

      I haven't tried to freeze them, but I bet you could. I'm just not sure how the cottage cheese would do. Worth a try though!

    They are about $15 now the dash mini waffle maker…they are cheaper if you happen to find them at Ross or Marshall’s maybe even tjmax. Or can wait til they are on sale for $10 somewhere.

    Hey Cristy how ya been? Nice seeing ya. Praying all is well. Omg I noticed on your coffee mug it says Nana lol that's what my grandkids call me see i told ya your a friend in my head lol. My husband is Papa. 😂 I love those salt and pepper electric shakers omg I never seen nothing like those. I showed my husband those immediately. I said I might have to order them lol. 😊

      Hi there! Thank you so much for your kind words!! It's definitely overwhelming at first. Just take it day by day and think of it as a health journey and a new way of eating. :) I used 100 grams of the hash brown potatoes (which I think on the package is about 2/3 of a cup).

      I wonder if you could do just a little bit of unsweetened applesauce. I'm not sure if you'd taste it though.

    On the UK WW app we can only have up to 24grs of avocado for 1 point. I always find these differences strange.
