Absolutely! They are packed with something like 25 times more nutrients than just plain broccoli, and are easy to slide into wraps, salads, or sandwiches to give it a crunch like you would by adding lettuce to a turkey sandwich.
@@violetka1197 Broccoli is a nutrient rich vegetable, and one of my favorites! It’s just that broccoli sprouts have even more. And they are easy to grow, even if you live in an apartment instead of a house with a yard.
