Thank you so much for your research!
Chris from the University of Michigan has made some anecdote claims that his transplant patients on rapamycin, never got cancer.
Wouldn’t eating more folate rich foods lead to more folate you can’t convert
what a weird creature-albeit it’s my first impression, but it’s also my second, third, fourth, fifth, etc.
Si per il corso, meglio se con ECM per professioni sanitarie
Yesterday it was Christmas and if I still believed in babbo natale I would ask to be among your students in the university where you teach. I'm Italian, English is my second language, I love epigenetics 🧬, traveling 🧳 and English. Do you think it would be possible? I might put this vacation in my to-do list for the 2025... Daydreaming doesn't cost anything 😊 But if you want a dream to become true you must start dreaming 😊
It just doesn't make sense that something that inhibits mTor could be good for building muscle
Ma perche' non l avete fatta anche in Italiano
I can’t believe that such a learned man would say that there’s no difference between plant proteins and animal proteins. There are many amino acids in animal proteins that are not present in vegetable proteins! I thought this was elementary!
How about skip the greens all together. They are totally useless.
David is a scam artist. Finally being outed. Vaulter class act.
I recently have a little piece of good grass fed butter before bed. I don't know if it helps me sleep better but it's good 😊
BCRA1 mutato, 41 anni tumore ovarico. Secondo me non si sfugge dalla genetica. Altre due mie sorelle uguale, tumori a 42 e 39 anni. Ho mangiato sempre sano.
Resveratrol, NMN, rapamycin... Just about anything David Sinclair pushes 😅
I tested positive for the DQ8 gene and low IGA .. My endoscopy didn’t show celiacs but it was very inflamed. Does that mean I have celiacs?
Oxalates aren't inherently toxic to humans, in fact the human bodies creates its own OXALATE. Oxalates are salts or esters of oxalic acid, a natural compound found in plants and produced by the human body during metabolism. Internally, oxalates are formed as byproducts when amino acids like glycine and hydroxyproline, as well as vitamin C, are metabolized, primarily in the liver. Similarly, plants produce oxalates as part of their metabolic processes involving compounds like vitamin C and glyoxylate. The body is exposed to oxalates through two main pathways: Dietary Intake: Foods naturally rich in oxalates (e.g., leafy greens, nuts, and many plants). Internal Production: Metabolism of certain compounds, such as amino acids from meat and vitamin C. For instance, meats like red meat, chicken, and turkey contain glycine, which the body metabolizes, contributing to oxalate production. Oxalates are not inherently harmful, as the body naturally produces and processes them. Problems occur when levels become excessive due to overconsumption or reduced ability to excrete them.
Many thanks .❤
Thanks. Love Your vidoes.Very intelligent and simplified
Interessante grazie mille 🙏. ❤ Sarebbe piacevolnente istruttovi sentirvi in italiamo essendo entrambi italiani . È straordinatio scoprire quamti menti brillanti abche italiane stanno lavorando attovamente sulla longevità 🙏. Grazie grazie graxie ❤
Excellent discussion and leaves a lot of questions! I would love to hear more. Although the treatment he’s talking about isn’t available yet and it’s not known when or even if it will be safe. One thing is sure is that each woman will go through menopause. Why do some women go through an easier time with it? Ovaries continue to work post menopausal to a small degree..so what can we do to improve ovarian function that is available. Does BHRT improve ovarian function or does it just aid the body in other ways.. thanks for the discussion!!
You are extremely gorgeous 😍 I have the mthfr I take a metylfolate supplement with their and b2 methyl 12
Grazie per questo video
Right, but if i understand well this regards women….. and for us poor man ?!?! 😂 please activate subtitles.. 🙏 … anyway Good Job 👌

The good side of being single and without any family is that at Christmas I will eat what I desire such as sea food well prepared with veggies, eggs in the morning and I will probably go running and do some calisthenics on the road 😊 Last year at Christmas lunch time I was dancing salsa in a park in Barcellona 😂
Kudos to you for embracing such an extraordinary and healthy Christmas routine! 🎄💪
@LuciaAronica thanks 😃

Evviva la mamma❤️
Can I crush tha metformin and inject it like heroin ta avoid dieahreea?
No greens. Eat liver
Good sleep, exercise, sunlight, antioxidants, useful supplements, de-stress. Arent these longevity recipe? Better than one type of supplement alone promoted as antiaging
Thanks... Can it help with macular degeneration?
Is there a part 2?
Excellent video! So much great info from 2 scientists that I love and value their research. I enjoyed all the questions and the thoughts on the topics. I will check out the optispan podcast… more of these videos! 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Don't tell me that 😢 I have been taking resveratrol for a while..... Believing this will extend my healthy lifespan.. I'm in love with life 😊
What about essential amino acids in animal proteins
Highly scientific and up to date presentation. You mother is beautiful! Being in the same age bracket, I appreciate the details on her health regime.
Popeye ate canned boiled spinach
Bellissima intervista con i sottotitoli dottoressa!!! 😅 ma sbaglio o la rapamicina in Italia non esiste come integratore senza una prescrizione medica?
Anche non esiste negli Stati Uniti senza una prescrizione medica.
red meat is not all created equal. Grass-finished bought directly from a ranch is almost like eating wild caught fish in terms of the amount of Omega-3.
The difference in volume between the two speakers is annoying
Her endless smile is disturbing
A kind of a permanent smile is what happens to me as well since the day I cut down carbs
Not to mention the abuse of cosmetics and filters...
I can’t understand her at all that accent and her sharp voice just is irritating sorry
Strange talk from a scientist
he saying, rght at the beginning @6:00.... "age is the gatest risk factor fo almost every major cause of dath and disability" He is just another one not being able to ecognize the circularity of that stumbed utterance, used by them as a mantra. Speaking like that show that he does not have any clue. That gets highlighted by the fact that the words mitochondria and insulin appear 2 and 3 times, respectively, and so only in the most trivial manner. empty talking head, to be blocked in he future...
subcsribed
Many thanks
