For more daily updates, you can follow my Instagram here: instagram.com/fullyrawkristina. Many of you have messaged me and asked if I will be hosting a juice cleanse challenge this year, and the answer is YES, however at the moment I'm doing my best to be sensitive to the current narrative of what's happening in the world. I'm also trying to figure out a way for our challenge to benefit black lives and minorities in my local Texas community. I appreciate your patience. Cash has said he wants to be a part of this challenge with us, so stay tuned. We will be sharing more details soon... love always

You’re such an inspiration!!! My hubby who was diagnosed type 2 diabetic while in the hospital with Covid19 has gone vegan. I’m so excited because we’ve already seen improvement in his A1C since March even though the doctor said diet cannot heal it. And his cholesterol numbers are improving as well. I ordered some sprouts and jars today. IM EXCITED!!!

Hello Kristina. I hope you’re well. I’m not… that’s why I’m watching your channel more closely. Can you please tell me if sprouts have more nutrients than cooking and eating beans? I’m sure they’re not as filling, but the nutrient value intrigues me. Thanks, Tamara.

We have so much chlorine and fluoride in our water, I use bottled water when rinsing as well as for the soaking

Hi Kristina, I love this informative sprouting video. It is amazing how many nutrients are in sprouts. I am excited to try sprouting. Can you share with us the specific brand and website link for the jar resting rack you use?
Thank you so much. I appreciate you 🤗

Did you ever find a good jar stand for holding the half gallon size jars? I see a lot of stands but they are all for holding the 1 quart size jars.

Great video! I love your jars too. Where did you buy the wire things you use to tilt the sprouting jars on your counter?

That Sunwarrior magnesium has been fantastic for sleeping sound and also muscle twitching. My diet was high in magnesium foods too.

After sprouting crush up some of whatever you've made, mix with water, and feed to your plants!!!! It is one of the best natural enzyme amendments you can feed to anything that grows.

This was a great video. Took what I always perceived as a daunting try and made it so simple. Can’t wait for my supplies to arrive.

So from what I’m seeing here is you soak them in a purified water but then after doing that it’s perfectly fine just to use regular tapwater to rinse them

I really like the idea for storing sprouting seeds for emergencies, but in a grid down situation they would use a lot of the stored water.

Try Ken Wheeler’s South magnetic field exposure to seeds pretty simple and gives higher yields and quality of aroma texture and flavor.

Hey Kristina I have a question. I know you said soak them in purified water. But you rinse them multiple times in tap water etc. should we continue to rinse them in purified water so they stay healthy without tap water chemicals ?
