Yeah, fees ain't fun. But fees are in almost any convenient place (ebay and COMC being the two biggest). I'm making money overall, though not like anything like a good wage or anything. But this is fun, so the profit is just some cake icing really.
Sales data is great. However, I’m more interested in your profit. What was your profit, if any? Having $75,000 in costs with $58,000 in sales is not good business!😊
Yeah, I know that would be good to include. It's tough to calculate exactly though. I keep track of my overall numbers, across all platforms. So I know how much I've spent over the past 3 years in actual money and how much I've got back in actual money. And across all platforms that is pretty close to even. But then I still have a bunch more stuff still for sale on both COMC and eBay and other stuff I haven't posted for sale anywhere yet. And then I still have about $2K in COMC credit that I might turn to money or I might buy more inventory with over time (probably a mix of both really). It's hard to say exactly what I've profited on COMC though, since so much of what I have sold has gone back into other inventory which than sells and goes into other inventory. For the first couple of years on COMC all my sales went back into other inventory. I have made videos in the past tracking profits, but I haven't been doing the detailed tracking as much anymore, now that I kind of know what is working and what isn't working and adjusting myself accordingly. I used to track batch by batch how much I was making in profit overall, but it was just taking me too much time to do that, when I am realistically only spending a couple of hours a week doing sports card related stuff anymore. This is a long response!
Do you ever think about selling your graded card at GameStop? You should make a video GameStop doing psa submission in your channel. You should send your comc graded cards at home and sell it GameStop.
yeah, still hard to make money. The fees kill your profits. thanks for sharing.

Awesome! My sales are down in Sept and Oct on Comc. I have about 250 cards on COMC all flips.
My sales picked up a lot recently, just as the NBA season was about to start. But I have mostly basketball. Good luck on the flipping!
Awesome video. And congrats on that hustle!!!!
Appreciate that!
Thanks for sharing and congrats on your sales
Thanks Orlando!
Are you planning make a video eBay comp vs selling graded card at GameStop? Which one is better. It will be a great video in your channel.
It's on my list of possible videos to make. Maybe someday.

Don't forget to pay your taxes.
Indeed. And to track purchases too so you don't overpay those taxes!

I have thought about doing that. Just haven't gotten around to it.
