I think the only thing you could do to improve your shipping method would be to put the top loader into a team bag (I.e. something you can “seal” to greatly reduce the chance of water damaging the card). Other than that, great video and very straight to the point.
I’m not sure about the photo mailer he has in the video but some of them are to rigid and they will not go through the sorting machines which scans the unique barcode in the middle on your label. They will be taken out and marked as non machinable and they will either still ship it to the customer and when the customer gets it they will have to pay a surcharge for it being non machinable or they will just send it back to the seller stating that you have to pay an extra 46 cents if you got a 69 cent label. Also use card saver 1’s and NOT top loaders because they are to rigid.
Hi! I haven't had any issues so far with the mailers I used here, they are linked in the description. I do know some are more rigid than others, and will get kicked back so definitely something to be aware of.
Hi quick question new to selling online on eBay so let’s say I get my label and slap it on can I just drop it in the blue box at my local USPS or would I have to go and scan the barcode at the kiosk inside? Thanks
Hi! You can put it in the blue box, but I recommend going in to the kiosk and getting a receipt. In my opinion better to have proof you actually dropped it off at a location in the event that package qualifies for refund if something happens in transit. Unfortunately, with these standard envelopes there is no tracking but I still bring into the actual USPS to drop off. I just feel better knowing it's in house when I last see it. Hope that helps!
The best way to drop it off is through the mail slot in the post office that’s says “metered” mail. Do not drop it in the slot that’s says stamped mail.

Should the photo mailers be sent "non-machineable", or can they be thrown in with regular out-going mail?
They are considered machinable. That's how we are able to ship at a cheaper rate and why they have to be able to bend.
