Well I am just about finished just doing a lot of painting track right now so within the next few days you will see the cars running fully around the track

I want to paint mine. But it's quite a time investment. Agreed on the lines. I do not care for them either. You are right about every day! Cannot wait to see your track all finished.

One thing I found while painting mine.....do not leave the tape on until everything is dry. Take it off right away, it comes off much easier..

Shouldn't you tape the rails before you sand?

I did that because my tracks have grit from the scenery on rails so it just depends on your preference
